We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe room wasn’t clean. Globs of yellow stuff on wall under table, baseboard corners in bathroom were filthy. Wouldn’t use coffee maker in room, as I have doubts on the cleanliness of the housekeeping staff. It was very noisy. People in halls, pretty sure our neighbour had kids, or they were beating on the wall on purpose. Maybe something on the roof… but regardless, it was not an enjoyable stay.

CanadaRooms did not have towels changed daily unless asked for a new set at desk. Stayed for more then 1 night and our key cards had been deactivated the next morning with no warning or heads up it will happen, was told they do this to every card everyday. But does not warn guests. Breakfast was cold every time even going first thing in am when it starts, eggs are very watery and food was not good.

CanadaI stayed 2 days there for a wedding, when I went out in morning I asked the housekeeping ladies for extra towels & tissues for I emptied a box, got back & I was well stocked. When getting dressed for wedding very important to me I had a undergarment malfunction & I saw Hannah, asked for her help & she went above & eyond to help me. I must add duct tape does work in emergencies. I made a point to find her before I checked out to make sure she knew how much it meant to me for her help. Cheryl

CanadaIt had no luggage cart/dolly to transport luggage and other brought items to the second story upgraded Queen room that I paid for. Hence, I was given a ground floor room that was NOT the equivalent of what I had been upgraded to. That was disappointing and did not afford the extra room space for my grand daughter and bridesmaids to do hair and make up in a more spacious space as planned. Also, some other vehicle parked in MY parking space both nights of my stay. When I complained to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do about that as there WAS NO RULES as to where people could park! I found that totally ridiculous! I needed MY car to be parked in MY space! I chose then to park my vehicle directly outside the lobby door to ensure it was well lit and in plain view to prevent vandalism, since my room was nowhere near another parking space where I could personally view it. The bottom sheet of the bed had small stains (or perhaps not laundered previously) It was late and I was tired both nights when I returned to my room, so I didn’t bother complaining about that after receiving no help regarding the strange vehicle parked in my space. The bathroom floor was dirty. I only noticed this when I wiped up a bit of water. The face cloth was almost black. That told me it hadn’t been scrubbed for some time. I believe the older carpeting was equally dirty as the soles of my bare feet became quite black also.
The property is easily accessed from the highway and other nearby shops and stores. The breakfast was really good..quality of food and selection was also very good.

CanadaThere is no elevator so had to carry our 40lbs suitcases up the stairs. There was also no toilet paper on the role when we checked in, but luckily there was a role under the sink. Staff working the next morning weren’t super friendly.

CanadaBooked online when then we got there they gave us a double room that live room then I said I booked a Queen single bed single bed and they told me it came through to the hotel as a double and when I questioned it asking why I was charged for a Queen the eldest student said they found me a Queen so we switched dreams only to get to the room it's a double Queen so smaller than what we asked and then we had added a second room and we were charged double for a pre book triumph then what we were the room we booked on site last minute
