It was a little loud in the room, as I was right beside the elevators, so I could hear kids getting on and off, and running up and down the halls.

Wasn’t sure how to work the ac. Tried to do it in the middle of the night in the unit but buttons didn’t work. In the am realized it was on the wall. It def got too hot in the middle of the night. Staff should also check and reset alarm clocks because ours went off at weird hours and I was unsure how to turn them off. The walls are super thing and you can hear what’s going on all around you.

The bed was too hard, and there was a lot of banging in the morning that woke me up unexpectedly, which I reported on check out.

The batteries in my remote didn’t work, my phone didn’t have a dial tone so I had to walk downstairs to ask for them. Staff called my room and said it was ringing like that would fix dial tone?? The pillows VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! All 4. Bring your own. Some young people across the hall were obnoxiously loud, I was trying to do some computer work in my room around 7-9pm & just found them ridiculous. In & out of room, door open banging closed, some swearing and mild screaming (like older kids playing). No idea where parents were. Didn’t call the desk as phone didn’t work. Just took out my hearing aids.

Everything was new & fresh. Breakfast was good, staff attentive.

Shower head low flow, and pillows go flat. Indoor pool but no hot tub. Breakfast bar set up is mixed up with things not in order and the contractors staying there were eating and drinking things 1 by 1and kept over taking the area.

Staff over the phone were not overly pleasant. Staff was a little better in person. Walls are paper thin. Could hear people in the next room open the blinds.

Location was great and nice to have a shoppers right beside the hotel. Hotel was very pleasant looking and clean.

Bathroom door was hard to latch and although there were 2 blinds on window the light came in around in the morning and lit up the room. A curtain to make it more blackout woukd be nice

It's not a formal hotel. I found it a bit expensive. My overall opinion is everything was good. The view from my room was good.

To be honest I expected that you guys will have a small restaurant within your hotel. I also was hoping the pool be a bit bigger. I hope with time you could have more landscape and trees growing around the building to break the visual from the industrial view.

I am so sorry to say but the breakfast was not so good. Sausages - low quality and hashbrowns too dry. However, the variety of bread, muffins, yogurt was great. Please note, not everyone likes 0% fat - a bit of choice would be welcome. And perhaps better quality of dry cereal.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel offered nice little amenities like lemon infused water and coffee (all day). The pool was the perfect temperature and there were plenty of clean towels at the pool and in the room.

The fridge in the room was unbalanced and very noisy. I had to continually meet up and move it. The guide on the remote did not work so we not tell what was on TV. They brought us a paper list of channels but that only provided the number.
