It's not fancy. Everything from carpet to closets to bedspreads are gray. No pictures on the walls. However, we were not looking for fancy, just comfortable, so it was fine.

Stay was in May and the day was cool. There was an airconditioning vent near the ceiling which blew cool air into the room constantly. The noise was bothersome and the cold draft unpleasant. We finally turned the heat on in the room to compensate for the very cold temperature in the room.

Excellent location. Staff was helpful. Unit was extremely clean. No noise from adjoining rooms or hall. TV with a good selection of channels. Liked the full frig, microwave and sink in the room.

Free parking, very close to the 401 and super friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back. Close to Tims and McDonalds . Form dorm stylevrooms, it was exceptionally comfy. Slept great!!

The only thing that was lacking to get the feel of a big hotel was the mattress but we did not have discomfort during our short stay, and the arrangement and cleanliness was amazing. I would still rate this place a solid 8.75

Room was very good, cleanliness was very nice, staff were friendly... anyone thinking of a college residence will be pleasantly surprised. There were other facilities mentioned like billiard and conference room which we did not use being a short and hectic travel for us but would have loved to enjoy with bit more time.

Beds were quite squeaky/noisy.

I would recommend booking a dorm-style room especially for multiple days as there is a kitchen area for limited cooking opportunities or prep work to make lunches or pack foods in the fridge that would otherwise spoil.

“Kitchenette” is a stretch. No kettle, no coffee pot, no toaster, no cutlery, no plates or bowls or mugs. There is a fridge and a microwave, that is true. If the word “kitchenette” had not been used then we would have not had false expectations.

The worst was the noise of the air conditioning and a vent above the bed.The mattress could be a tiny bit softer but it was okay for our short stay.

I like the price and the convenience in respect to the location. The rooms are good with lots of closet space and Storage. The full size fridge is nice. It's also good to have laundry facilities.

There were only a few wheelchair parking spots, and I noticed three vehicles without proper parking tags for parking in these spots. There seemed to be no security to tag them. I have one, and had to park at side of the building, quite far from the Main Entrance.

There was no breakfast, but if you wanted to, there was a McDonalds across the road. Not my choice!

There were limited supplies - e.g. we spilled coffee, but had nothing to wipe it up with. Towels were clean but not very thick. I will stay again, but will bring my own towel and soap.

Travelling for business and needed a receipt. Booking.com states a receipt must be obtained from the Residence and Conference center. We had to leave at 6am for the event we were working at. The receipt was not available at that hour and the receptionist said we should contact booking.com We asked the Residence/Conference center to email the receipt to us, but they did not do so.

Location was very convenient to the event we were working at. Fast food restaurants (MacDonalds, Tim Hortons, Wimpys etc.) a quick walk away. 24 hour desk clerk. Quiet room with kitchenette. Very good price.

There is a ventilation hole on the wall which makes a LOT of noise. We couldn’t rest. You can’t stop it or turn it off.

The beds are not comfortable. No bed side lamps. The supply is not even close to the standard. No Coffee maker or cups and basic items such as tea/cofee bag, suger etc. Shmapoo and conditioners are very poor quality compare to other chain hotels.

Location is close to airport and highway. Also close to the shopiing and coffee shop.
