the opening time of the front desk was very late. phone calls hardly answer. we request a early check in. but didnot work out as front desk was closed. keep the front desk open at least from 12.00 noon.

Window view of the hotel in front, which is built too close in my opinion. No shops or restaurants in close distance.

A brand new apartment, kitchen contains everything you can even imagine, hot tub in the hotel, inside parking, BBQ.

Outdoor fire pit was out of order and only one bbq was operational causing us to not be able to bbq as there was too many others waiting to use it.

Our stay was very relaxing, our suite was beautifully decorated and cozy. The bed was super comfortable. Outdoor hot tub was nice. Can't wait to come back!

The dishwasher didn't work, the reception was not open in the morning till noon so couldn't communicate issues re dishwasher with anyone. In the end had to wash dishes by hand. The TV would lose its picture (sound was still coming) after 10 minutes- need to update the TV and the dishwasher. There was no Netflix. there was nothing near the hotel.

The taxes on top of the room were ridiculously high.200 dollar charge on top of a 300 dollar room.We won’t stay again because of this.

Too far from Banff; no easy transportation; very expensive to hire a taxi to and from Banff.

Small bedroom is a little cramped. Needs a chair and mirror. Also a shelf. Light at top bunk would be good. Extra toilet would be helpful rather than large laundry room. Unhappy we were not made aware of construction when we booked especially as we were directly facing the construction site

There is no breakfast option. Upon arrival we got our keys very easy. After getting to our room and reading papers we realized we need parking garage permit in our window. Had to go back. They had forgot to give us one. Copperstone is very clean. Not all rooms look at mountain. We did not have a mountain view. Hot tub is nice. Grills could be replaced as their are issues with them. Outdoor gas firepit is not working. Quite place. Upon arrival we asked where to go for a place to eat. There is nothing in Deadman flats we were told. So we turned around and headed to Canmore For dinner. The next morning we were going to walk to gas station for a donut/danish and discovered there is a little restaurant one98eight. We had breakfast there. Not sure why we were told there was nothing in town. Easy access for Copperstone off of freeway. It is a quiet condo in the mtn.

Room was literally 15 feet away from a full construction site. Started at 7:00am every morning. Would have appreciated knowing this. I’m sure the suites not facing the construction would have been much better. We still liked the resort but for what we paid it would have been nice to know in advance. We may have chosen different.

One ceiling was not painted. Some dishes were dirty. Found used candy wrapper in a drawer. The front desk only operates after 12 noon, so if there are any problems, you basically need to wait for the day after. For instance, the bath was not draining well when we checked in and only discovered it at night. They didn't provide enough shampoos and soap and dishwasher capsules so had to get some from front desk too. Although the main floor is spacious, the rooms are cramped. The dishwasher is super noisy.

The room was spacious, and the beds were big. Nice kitchen and dishes that came in handy. There was a washer dryer that was useful. The place is located away from the city but close enough to Banff. The outside hot tub was nice too. Good underground parking

Loud construction at neighbor property, but not noisy at night so most construction occurred while we were off property. Called and said I did not turn in my parking pass, but I returned it to their red drop-off box as instructed. If they charge me the $150 for the pass I would be very angry.

Liked full kitchen - two bedroom, balcony, and spacious living room space.

I really don't like to have to sort my recycling after it takes 10 minutes to find the bins. 500$ a night I'm on vacation I think they could have bigger bins and more in the parkade. I'm not lazy it's just a small thing.

I loved staying at Cooperstown again. Beautiful comfortable rooms. Quiet.
