Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaKeeping in mind that the hotel is now being renovated sometimes the rooms don't look as sanitarily clean as they could be. I have been staying at this hotel for many many years and was around when the last renovation happened. Light colors for hotel carpet is never a wise idea overtime. The bed and sheets are always perfection as are the towels which to me are the most important part. Sometimes there's little minor areas that could have used more cleaning attention. But overall I'll still keep staying here for the convenience!
I've been staying here for years and love the service! And the convenience of the location! And the fact that there are ground floor rooms with an external door which makes it so much easier when one has pets. I think it's the only Hotel in the area that has that convenience.

CanadaI have stayed here many times. The staff were quick and glad to inform me the hotel was being renovated.. It does need a superficial makeover. I hope to be back when this is completed.
I was picking up a friend at the airport. I just walked over and walked him back. I treated myself to a suite the night before. I recommend this. I hiked to Polo Park and back. The location cannot be rivaled for airport and shopping.

CanadaParking areas could be a lot better controlled. I am handicapped and was only able to use it twice because of other vehicles were parked illegally and nothing was done about it even after I brought it to their attention.
