Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe shower is just really badly designed. The shower head sprays out too far and there is nothing to prevent the water from spilling out onto the floor with each and every spray. It's a lot of work to maintain. The bathroom fan is non-existent. Cleaning staff are WAY TOO LOUD while cleaning the room. The one lady cleaning on the 5th floor during our second day there (in the afternoon) was particularly loud. The cleaning staff had no sense of where they were and how loudly they were talking. I was shocked - never heard anything like it during any of my hotel stays. I asked for a quiet room and the hotel wanted to charge me $70 for that? No water in the rooms - you have to buy all water. Body lotion container is very small but also didn't get replaced on the second day.
Breakfasts were good. Rooms were quiet. Elevators were quick to arrive and generally empty. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Location was ideal for our needs. Minimal staff but all were excellent and very friendly. Convenient parking. Clean, spacious room with very comfortable bedding but short on amenities.

United States1. The traffic jam getting in and out of the parking lot- very inconvenient! We missed the 11 ama mass at the Oratorio as a result of that. 2. In the main door of the lobby, the handicap button was not working. It was very annoying fro someone pushing a wheelchair. Guess opened the door, but no staff offered to help. 3. There was only one elevator in service. We were staying in the 2 or 3er floor (I can’t remember) and there was a big wedding reunion taking place that weekend. The waiting time to take the elevator was very awful. I had to take the stairs several times, but my husband and parents had no choice and had to wait 15 min to catch an elevator. Between the traffic jam and the elevator- we lost 45 min just getting out of our hotel. 4. The room was cramped. I hit my shin with wood frame of the bed- twice when getting around the bed. The space between the sofa bed and the left corner of the bed is too narrow.

So calm in the rooms. AC is very efficient so very silent. Location near some restaurants and not far from Metro station Namur. Modern and rooms impeccable. Small swimming pool and fitness. Tesla charging stalls for the night at 10kW.

PakistanThere was power failure for around four hours. The hotel management claimed it was not there fault which was true but, for four hours we were without air conditioning or fan. It was suffocating in such hot weather. I suggest that management should at least connect one light per room and a fan during such power failures.

IsraelNothing of any seriousness. There were a couple of minor housekeeping foulups, which were corrected when brought to the attention of the staff.
The Kosher breakfast was great. It was self-service buffet, basically eat as much as you like, and had everything, very tasty. The gym was very good, and the pool looked very nice although other people were using it. The room was equipped with a small fridge and a microwave oven, as well as a coffee maker that used inserts supplied by housekeeping every day.
