Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Newly remodeled and clean. Staff were very pleasant. WEGO bus pick up across the street from hotel. Highly recommended buying the 2 day pass.

CanadaI was surprised and a bit disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in our room. The only one was downstairs in the lobby, which seemed very strange. And no free coffee in the lobby. I did have to remove what looked like a "pubic hair" from one of my bed pillows before I even used it on the first night. That was disconcerting. I do hope that didn't mean the pillow cases hadn't been changed after the last guests. I didn't mention it to the front desk because I felt too uncomfortable to bring it up.
We were upgraded to a queen suite on a higher floor, which allowed us to watch the fireworks every night over the falls in the comfort of our room. That was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean. We felt safe and although our room was located directly in front of the elevators it was very quiet. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. It means a lot when the employees truly seem to enjoy where they work.

United KingdomSofa bed was uncomfortable. Had to ask for a kettle (which they happily provided) but would prefer one in the room without having to ask. Would have liked breakfast to have been included in price. Also had jacuzzi bath and sink in the room itself which is ok for a couple but not ideal for a family to stay in!

United StatesParking at this facility is way overpriced. They really need to reconsider their parking charges. Know it's in a tourist area, however in my opinion, it should be more in line with other parking in the area.
The staff was always helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was happy to help us anytime we needed something related to housekeeping.

CanadaGiven the price for the accommodation itself, the parking fee was high. Although the hotel itself was very quiet, there was some street noise from some of the attractions and crowds. This hotel is located in the busy, carnival-like area of Niagara Falls, which is convenient for Clifton Hill games and rides, but a bit run down and dirty when compared to the hotels and restaurants closer to the falls themselves.
The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The breakfast was conveniently-located in the attached restaurant and the omelette and egg station was great. The bed was comfortable and lots of towels and linens were provided.

GermanySmaller things like the shower was fixed on the wall, the sink and a whirlpool was located in the room. Parking is expensive similar to other places in the area. TV does not have notable channels, basically only for news but you can use your own Netflix or Amazon account.
The location is perfect to walk to all sights, the AC was seamless and silent, there was a small fridge and the room was quite clean.
