Main parking entry to the property was blocked in the front of the hotel, it was a bit confusing without visible signs in both ways of the road.

Central location, close to shops and walking distance to the falls. The gym was open and able to exercise anytime of the day.

We did not like the overpowering chlorine in the pool. It burned our eyes and made them sore and irritable for a day after.

We liked the location, easy to get to Clifton Hill and we loved having a view of the falls! The beds were comfy and everything was very clean.

Kids 12 and under all over the hotel and in the pool and hot tub till 11 pm splashing, screaming and no towels. Should be 16+ to be in hot tub and one under 16 after 9 pm.

The bathrooms should have walk-in shower stalls. The bathtubs do not allow for handicap access. The rooms should have de-caffeinated coffee pods.

The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill. Ample parking. The new welcome lounge and pool are very nice. The cleaning staff and front desk were very friendly. Good value for the money.

Not much I didn’t like. I think the only thing I could say is no room service is offered but we didn’t need it anyway and there are places very close to hotel to choose from so it’s not really a didn’t like but it is just feedback if I had to choose something.

Location was pretty close to Clifton Hill Just a short walk. Room was extremely clean when we arrived. Staff was very friendly and they put our rooms together with the people we were travelling with.

We only spent one night at the Courtyard, so we didn't use all of the facilities the hotel offers. But the room was amazing. We had our own jacuzzi, everything was super clean, the bed very comfortable, the view great and the room big. I would definitely stay there again.

Was a great location , had a wonderful view. I felt like the room was personalized I like the little touches. And the staff was great to deal with. Will be staying here again sometime soon. Highly Recommend.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the view. We paid extra for a falls view and could not see the falls for all the trees. Perhaps a higher floor may have a view but we certainly did not. I meant to query that on checking out and forgot. Perhaps you could give me a discount for our next stay?

***READ UNTIL THE END, as this site posts negative stuff first. But our trip was GREAT! We will more than likely book here in the future*** The heat didn't seem to be working in our room. Though housekeeping brought us a plug-in heater, it was far too inadequate to heat the nice large room. We needed to keep our curtains closed (which we didn't mind as we were there to rest and relax), and I needed to sit on the couch end farthest from the window to avoid the drastic draft coming off of our windows. There was no heat at all in the water closet. It made overnight bathroom trips jarring to the system. I'm sure that had we mentioned the heater was inadequate, something would have been done to further help. To be fair... there was a snowstorm when we were there, with freezing rain and a cold front moving through during our stay. Handicapped parking is located outside in an uncovered area. By the time we left at noon on check-out day, the snow still hadn't been cleared near where the Handicapped cars were parked, and with the ice hiding underneath the snow, it made it too dangerous that Hubby had to load me in at the front doors after he finished packing the car in the snow/ice himself. A few things would have made our stay a bit better... a full-length mirror in the room to check our outfits, etc., before going out. And maybe a more user-friendly coffee maker (like Keurig, Tassimo, or another single-use but biodegradable pod). Something that takes the guess out of using it. A few more towel bars around the tub area to allow them to dry between uses would be nice, too. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room as my husband has a bad back, and he needed to soak. We called ahead, and we understood that, unfortunately, they don't have a room with a mix of having a tub for him and Handicapped washroom facilities for myself. We had to choose one or the other.

The staff was excellent! Most notably, Sayed (who answered so many questions prior to our visit that he sold us on the stay). Dan, Riddih, and Tanya were great, too! Housekeeping: We needed a few extra things to accommodate our stay to make us more comfortable while there [microwave, heater, extras toiletries as we booked an extra night after enjoying the initial booking), and many garbage removals]. We booked a Jr Suite, and the room was phenomenal. Large. Beautiful and comfortable furniture. Updated Decor. For me (wheelchair user outside of the home, walker within), having extra thick plush carpeting was a bonus as it meant I could walk a bit, with less worry about falling as there was always a soft place to land. I can't do that at home, so it was nice.
