One elevator was out of service which caused longer wait times.

Great location! Surrounded by great shopping, cafés, restaurants and bars. So much to do. We enjoyed the pool, it was clean and had plenty of towels. The parking was handy.

Perfect location to tourist attractions and restaurants. My children enjoyed the swimming pool, just a bit crowdy after 8 pm. I think it's because of Family Day. Very nice staff.

Rooms could use some more amenities, such as a microwave and a better fridge that doesn’t freeze up bottled water; chromecast in the room doesn’t work as advertised

Great location right in the ByWard Market, rooms and common areas are clean, decor and design are pleasant, staff is courteous and helpful, some parking available onsite, which is extremely practical in this part of the city;

There was a purple smear in my shower when used it. Maybe soap maybe shampoo….. it was a little gross

Not the hotel's fault, but there is a loud bar right across the street that keeps the music high until a bit late, I turn on my phone's white noise soundtrack so that I couldn't hear the music. Given the size of the hotel (a whole block with a good dozen rooms on each side), I think I could have been given a more quiet room (I didn't ask though...). Unfortunately, Byward market and surroundings is home (shelters...) to very vulnerable people with drug-related issue s, this is a city problem though, but it affects the experience. Slow elevator (I ended up taking the staircase). Given the size of the building, with its large corridors, it feels a bit impersonal.

Well located (Byward market) with confrontable, spacious and clean rooms. Nice staff at the desk. No issue at all when checking in and out, very smooth process. You can control the temperature in the room, which is convenient at this time of the year when it goes from warm to cold quickly (Fall). The washroom was brand new, very nice. And curtains total black-out for a good sleep.

There was a kids judo tournament staying at the same time and the restaurant was overrun with kids running around the bar area

The air conditioner was making terrible noise. It was very annoying to sleep in this noise. The blanket was torn and not pleasant to look at.

Location. There are many restaurants around. The hotel has its own parking lot in front of the hotel, as well as a garage, which is very convenient.

The area is ok if you know it. I think other travelers might not like the area. Ive been many times and I'm comfortable with that area.

I liked the large bathroom. I like having facecloths available. Also thought the dispensers in the bath/shower were a very good idea. saves on plastic. the room was very large and clean. Also liked the porridge on the breakfast menu.

-Confused parking (I don't know why I was not allowed park in the hotel parking lot and had to park nearby) -Just a hanger with no doors for clothes (no properly wardrobe) -No microwave -I stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned during my stay -There is no breakfast buffet, just a small kiosk (although it is called "bistro") with coffee and a few options to eat. I received a CAD$ 30 voucher for breakfast per day, but an avocado toast was CAD$ 12. It was impossible for two people to have a decent breakfast there with CAD$ 30 only.

Close to all downtown activities. Most walking distance. Walked to Byward market restaurants and Boat Cruise, Hop on and Off bus and musical at NAC.
