1) Guest need to pay for parking about $45 CAD. It is so expensive. Supposedly hotel guest get privilege to get free parking. 2) The view from the room is so partial to see the falls. Not worth with money spend for the room.

Breakfast is good, so much choice with the really good view too. And the staff there really polite and helpful.

"Fallsview" room was kiddy corner had to look out window on an angle to see the falls, dated decor we knew but room was really small

1. bathroom are quite old and shower , taps , toilet seat were rusted. Not safe with kids as it can catch allergies. 2. room furniture had too much dust which made me and my kid sneeze a lot. 3. room are quite small and don't look fresh as compare to what price we pay. 4. coffee machine was not working and dusty , as soon as we started dirty water pumped out.

The first room they put us in had constant drilling right above our heads. To move to another room we had to pay extra money which we shouldn't have had to do. There was a dance competition happening and lots of kids running around.

Location is close to everything. We ended up with a balcony, which was great.

I paid a lot of money for a poor view of the Falls when it sounded like I was going to have a great view in the description.

Nice and friendly staff. Great that the bathrooms are available after checkout. Great that we can still park after checkout.

The room facilities were not good for the price. No breakfast included for the price. The bathroom lock was not working.

Did not like that parking was not included in the stay. I think that should be part of the room fee as we already paid so much for a small room with a terrible view (pool view).

CROWN PLAZA HOTEL, Niagara Falls - Fallsview Rooms are really, really small for the price. My daughter’s room did not have small fridge. But mine which was more expensive did have one. There should at least have a comfortable armchair to sit if you want to read in your downtime. The washroom was small. Bathtubs are for children size. The toilet was in a corner and very uncomfortable. No worry to burn yourself with the hot water. The room was very warm, needed to ask for a fan to be able to sleep. Must say the change to spring/summer heat/AC is different this year.

Rooms are extremely small and in dire need of renovations. Our door did not close properly and the ventilation did not work making the room extremely hot for very unpleasant evenings. The parking cost is excessively high at 47$ a night and the extra cost associated to the rooms are also ridiculous. Not having online checkout or sufficient staff at check out made the entire experience end on very sour note.

The location was great with easy access to the water park.

Our first room was dirty upon arrival, the bed skirt was covered in something and our heating vent had Goldfish crackers and a makeup brush in it and the bathroom tub was fairly dirty but we were upgraded.

The overall hotel was very elegant, friendly staff, close to attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the wait staff were helpful.

restaurant was under staffed in the morning. pool area is dated and needs an update. rooms are tired and also need an update. there should be an option to have parking included in your stay.

Location of the hotel was great, the breakfast included was very good. value for money it is a good choice. decent view of the falls from your room.

The toilet pressure when flushing is too high making it too noisy and loud that you can even hear it from the other room or room in the upper floor.

They gave our room to someone else as we checked in late and they thought we were no shows. Gave us a lesser room but tried to charge the same price. Sorted it out in the end.

They upgraded us to a 2bedroom suite. It was hardly a suite. It was literally 2 small rooms with a bed in each room and a bathroom. Their was no living room or seating area. Only 1 bedroom had dircet access to the bathroom. So anyone in the other bedroom would have to walk through my bedroom to use the bathroom.

The location is great, right in the heart of everything. The view from our balcony was nice
