A lady at front desk, she was caucasian and very passive agressive. Not helpful at all. She had blond long hair.

I didn't like the fact that the parking wasn't included in our stay so that turned out to be an additional cost unexpectedly. The breakfast was the same everyday. Brown paper bag includes: Blueberry muffin (pre packaged) Orange juice (warm) Nature valley bar (oat & honey) pre package Fruit cup(warm) Everyday was the same for a week, warm and no choice to switch it up. Options would have been good even if it was a different juice or muffin.

I like the staff they were all very friendly and accommodating. Room was okay.

Low-rise accommodation was pretty basic, but did the job adequately.

Taxi driver from the bus stop took us to the wrong motel! Great location - a short walk to downtown and Niagara Falls. Beds and facilities were OK. Breakfast provided was OK.

Our TV didn’t work and even though we mentioned it nothing was done about it. The “continental breakfast” was nothing but bad coffee. Our check in took 45 mins.

The property was in a very convenient location to the casino and a variety of restaurants. the room was very simple but super clean.

no fridge in room , only 1 garbage pail in room , had to hold down the handle to flush the toilet properly , not a real continetal breakfast . the other couple that stayed in another room had a fridge . staff at front desk seemed to not get along . Ice machine was not working

breakfast was terrible- ‘grab and go’ given a paper bag with 4 poor quality items- did not eat. would be much better to not include breakfast at all. bedroom smelt heavily of chlorine thankfully did not have a car but heard others complaining about very high hidden parking charges but which up the price of a cheep hotel massively. would not recommend

There was no refrigerator in the room, plus they charged me 25$ per night for car parking and the unbelievable experience was the breakfast " It wasn't any kind of breakfast, just snacks on a paper bag!!".

Breakfast. No option. Passed a brown bag with 4 items in. Options in the lobby could be more for milk and creamer. There was only 1 option. It was ok. But could of provided more options. The bathroom floor always felt wet. The bathtub was actually still dirty and hair left in it. And there were a lot of fruit flies.

Breakfast was not at all what I was expecting. I ate nothing that was provided. But took advantage of the fee coffee in the lobby. The room was clean. Staff were ok. No issues. A mini fridge in the room would of been nice. Overall all great place for the price and location

no elevator, not really clean (room was ok), advertised continental breakfast was a lukewarm coffee and stale bun in a bag in a crowded tiny lobby we could overlook this but the front desk staff were inattentive, and it would be good if they served guests in line instead of attending to whomever they wanted first. general attitude was flippant, and rather disrespectful ( “ can you serve this guy “ after ignoring me for several minutes to have a lengthy with another guest whim they obviously knew) No ice in machines and generally don’t seem to care
