No plug for tub. No USB charging port in lamp. Few wall outlets, and awkwardly placed. No continental breakfast and no vending machine. Have to leave the property to get even snacks. The decorating is dated and ugly. But taste is subjective.

Comfy beds! Quiet. Clean room. Helpful, professional, friendly staff. Samantha made sure we got a room with a window that opened. I need fresh air. I had not slept in days when we arrived after a long drive and probably appeared drunk. I had trouble checking in, but she was so patient and respectful and kind, as was the man on the front desk at the time.

Everything was great apart from the towels which really need to be replaced , the bathroom fan was noisy and the beds need new mattresses otherwise everything was good

I didn’t like that there were only double beds. My partner is 6’3 and I’m 5’9 so the bed for us was quite small. I didn’t like that I had to give a duvet blanket to the front desk as it was very very stained, looked dirty, so asked for a different one.

We liked how close it was to where we needed to pick up the kids from (they live in brantford) We liked that when our plans changed, they accommodated. We originally had a queen bed, because we didn’t plan to have the two kids with us, but plans changed- we did have them and the hotel staff changed us into a room with two beds, no problem.

Curtains didn't operate properly so I had to use a hair clip to hold them closed for privacy from a busy street. Very few offerings for breakfast, and were not very tasty. Coffee and tea were fine though. Very dated rooms but fine for our one night use.

Location: walk to dining options, and it was closest to our function in St George. Having morning coffee and tea was helpful. Beds were comfortable.

The bed was uncomfortable and the shower head is nasty. The tv also had a stretched imagery which was annoying but was grateful it had a tv atleast.

The breakfast was decent and I liked how you could adjust the temperature of the room and it had a fan option on it to drown out the noise or fill the silence to help sleep if needed.

The receptionist is absolutely wonderful.

The front desk receptionist greeted me she answered all my questions. She’s a keeper. You’re lucky to have her.

The day time manager

I find the staff at this location to be a little stand-off-ish. They come across as very snotty especially the day time manager. When she speaks to you it's almost as though it hurts her to be nice. It's very fake. Also I witnessed her embarrass a guest in the lobby in front of a few other people aside from myself and my wife. I couldn't believe how rude she was and talking the people personal business about their credit card being declined. The woman ended up in tears and almost ran out of the place. The manager treated them like they were some kind of criminals or something it was horrible. Other than that the location was good the room was nice and clean. I would go back so long as I wouldn't have to deal with the day time manager cuz she's far to rude

The TV converter does not work until you have pushed the button directly on the television to change the setting to "live "TV. It might be an idea to have this written for guests as I am sure many people like us have to contact the FD for assistance.

The hotel rooms are nice and clean. The location is great with everything within walking distance.

Two main issues which were not comfortable: 1- The room's sound proof was really bad and you can hear any noise coming from adjacent rooms or hallways and more worst all roads outside traffic noise. 2- The breakfast variety was poor and there was no change on a daily basis. It is the same. Adding simple items to the list of breakfast will improve the variety of breakfast. The hall of the breakfast room is so small and many times no space to sit-down.

The location was good as many shops and services are surrounding. Also access to the highway was close.

Front desk staff are very busy they don't have customer service etiquette. For example, when dropping off my room key the front desk staff didn't have the courtesy to say, thank you or Have a good day The linen and towels were stained. Surely the company can afford to buy newer materials. Guests next to us were very noisy even though I politely asked them to keep it quiet. Sadly the breakfast didn't have any fruits. It was a dismal breakfast (no bagels, or even muffins)

Paper thin walls. TV converter didn't work. Lots of dust on the floor near tables. Odd smell entering the front lobby. Very basic breakfast. However you get what you pay for. Low rate for a room you cant expect high end service. .

Comfy bed lots of pillows. Great coffee in the morning. Good location.
