Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location was convenient. The room was roomy, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Eggs, hash browns, sausages, pancakes and more, lots of choice.

CanadaThe clerk at the front desk was not very friendly. It was kind of a cold reception. Cut and dried business transaction.
We appreciated that the room had an interior door access and an exterior door access which was great for getting our luggage in and out of the room. With our mobility problems it just made it so easy that we could park just outside our room.

CanadaWent to take a shower in the morning and it did not work. Could not tell the staff as we had a hockey game to go to early otherwise we would have spoken with the staff about it. So did not take a shower or wash my hair...rough on a women. My husband did take a bath early.
Melissa was exceptional when we arrived. Everything was quick and she was able to give us directions to get to the Multi Plex for our grandsons hockey tournament. Suggested a great place to eat and that was appreciated by the whole hockey world. We also let the hockey families know that your facility was beautiful. We had an Excellent breakfast-hot good and a great variety. Very clean dining room.
