The rooms sir condition did not work properly. It would not cool down the room . They had spray in foam all around it .

There was no complimentary breakfast .

Had no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion in the room. Had no Kleenex in the room. Two of the three lights didn’t work. Only had a tiny dove soap in the bathroom.

Pet friendly, a lot of restaurants and stores close by.

The bathroom had mold marks where it had been "cleaned" but still could have used some more cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. I have to say this is the first time i have been in a hotel room with a basic window air conditioner, with that horrible yellow expanding foam around the edge! really for a customer room this was very ugly. The base board heaters could have used a coat of paint OR replacing as they were rusty. Put instructions in the rooms for people who are unsure how to work your new TV. Was happy to see a NEW TV where I could use my Amazon but really it could have used some instructions with a reminder to log OUT of the account before you leave. if it wasn't for the comfy beds and the new TV I am not sure I would have stayed.

The bed was great comfy even the pillows were good. The room was very very basic.

Water pressure in the shower was not very good,there was paint all over the floor and all over the old chair,it seemed gritty in the one bed,and the hallways and exterior were extremely dirty and garbage all over outside anf some hallways were smelly and the parking lot had many big holes!!!!!

Is it possible to have the rooms cleaned everyday and towels changed without clients asking for the services? Had to go for towels at the lobby and didn’t know I had to ask for my room to be cleaned.

Wait..was breakfast included in the bill? Didn’t know I was entitled to one🤔

Hotel is a little run down. Seemed some rooms were rented for long term. Patio doors are locked from opening at all.

The room. The water in the washrooms was low and in winter little hot water. I thought I was in a third world country. I could not turn the fan on the heater because it was very loud, even at the low settings, it was so loud that I did not get a good night's sleep. Thank the LORD it was only one night.

Changed rooms instantly when checked in so we wouldn’t have to use stairs, then changed and with no questions when the tub didn’t work.

Bathroom was not clean, pillows quite worn, lampshades cracked, artwork print has slipped in the frame (is crooked), lots of marks on the walls, scraps of paper on the floor.

The attached restaurant was a bonus. Delicious coffee and breakfast.

The patio door had a lock on it and when I asked to get it unlocked the front desk said it was a security thing that they could not open it,but the truth of the matter is it does not to be unlocked for security such as a fire I would have had no way out

I was put at back of building. Toilet had running water sound all night. People that were somewhere in building were outside making noise till 2.30 am and i did not get much sleep.

Very dated, the bathroom was disgusting. Rusty taps, the tub liner was lifted from the tub so it was hard to stand in the shower. The room was drafty from the patio door, the walls had many holes, there was an odd smell, but worst of all is the shower from the next room rattled the wall in our room.

Froze, the heat didn't work turned heat on full when I got in. Went to bed, and it never warmed up. Got up about midnight freezing check heater it was cold heat was turned up as high as it would go. Had to dress and tried to sleep with coat on.
