We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI was checked in improperly and over charged by an employee. I had made & cancelled a booking a few months ago, then rebooked online & paid in full the morning of February 13th. I checked in just after 6pm and was advised I needed to give a $100 deposit for incidentals on my credit card. I have her my credit card and to my surprise I later saw that she had charged $1158.50!? I called the front desk and not much help was given. The next day I received a phone call stating they released the money and now it was up to my bank to release the money back to my card. It is now the 17th and the hold is still on my credit card. I was very upset by the lack of understanding or apology for charging an extra $1000 to my credit card. Upon check out my frustrations and over charge we’re finally acknowledged by Loubna. She was kind, professional and even provided a free, breakfast buffet voucher. I would recommend better customer service training for your front end staff, as I spoke with 4 staff members and Loubna was the only one who acknowledged my problem, and apologized for the error.

Canada1. Cleanliness of washrooms on the main floor was lacking. 2. In some areas the cleaning standards could have been better.in the room for example- smears/marks on TV screen and splatter on wall behind the TV, beard trim/hairs residue in our sink and shower on arrival. Had an unfortunate accident (spill) moving room service container w soy sauce one evening - soy spilled on the bed sheet but the bed was made up with the same stained sheets the next day instead of changing the sheets to provide fresh/clean ones which surprised me as overall this hotel is quite classy. Am thinking the chambermaids need more training or monitoring, or is some spring cleaning due? 3. We had a lot of issues with the remote not working well - it lagged a lot or skipped past channels. Gorgeous big screen TV and the options were great, but we wanted a new remote that worked properly. 4. Please do something about the coffee station in the room - the coffee is awful and not up to par with hotels like yours, which is beautiful in so many ways. Almost everyone wants a good first cup of coffee in the morning without having to go downstairs to Starbucks. Also ,kindly provide a few more creamers as one can not have tea and coffee for two with the two tiny creamers provided. Thank you.
What a fresh, modern, spacious hotel with awesome food and friendly prompt attentive service from wonderful helpful staff. Great location for us and surprisingly quiet. Spacious rooms wiyh a big telly and such comfortable beds and soft bedlinens. We had a really great time here.

CanadaThe AC was blasting when we got in, temp in the room was 13°C, which was quite uncomfortable considering we were coming in from -20°C outside. It took a few hours to warm up. The shower door didn't work properly as it would catch on the shower base.
