Shower is accessible but shower head is on the wrong wall. Shower shift has been installed where the foldable seat is. When taking a shower water is blowing out thank you thing. I’m not growing into the rest of the washroom floor.

Service at breakfast should be reviewed. We waited 35 min for the breakfast of my wife. No explanation on how it works for breakfast bill when I payed during the booking.

Small bathroom and shower. No free parking. Poor soundproofing as hallway noise was frequently audible. Tim Hortons in the building was convenient for on-the-go breakfast but it was a bit sketchy.

Great central location. Smooth check-in with welcoming staff. Convenient daily parking pass available at reception although free parking would have been preferred. Very comfortable bed and spacious room with requested view.

The rooms could have been a little more 'modern', and had 2 Queens vs 2 Doubles.

My family and I LOVED the LOCATION- only a 5-10 min walk from the Parliament Buildings and a little further to Rideau Centre and Senate! We have come to Ottawa a lot, but never stayed here- we would 100% RECOMMEND! The BREAKFAST at Prova was delicious! One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a while! Overall, the room, amenities, and overall staff were amazing, and we would stay at here and Delta hotels again!

Most breakfast buffet items were stale and old. Would have liked to have been accommodated for late checkout without having to pay additional charges, especially since I often stay at this hotel, and I have requested for it when I booked.

Many facilities are worn out and dirty. Gym was in a poor condition, people were passing through, some with small kids. There was no water nor disinfectant wipes. I saw the kids room from distance with a lot of garbage in one corner. Elevators were so dirty, i saw empty plastic bottles, paper, trash.

The breakfast was good, the choice was good, but service was slow. It is partly buffet, partly continental but they were late with coffee or anything additional like gluten free bread or orange juice. Today, they run out of orange juice. Our room rate included breakfast but we had to sign during the breakfast and pay the tip. On the other hand, restaurant was very nice for dinner, very nice menu and tasty food.

Matrice was cracking noise as soon as one would move. Hearing/air conditioning so noisy when starting stopping Cycles...awaked me all night long.
