The negative reviews on this location are a little bit hyperbolic, I will agree that the bedframe was a little noisy, and it was easy to hear people walking around upstairs. I think that these suites would benefit enormously by upgrading their beds. The bedframe could go, and it would be significantly quieter. If you like a firm mattress these may be wonderful for you! I prefer a little bit softer, but the bed was definitely not uncomfortable. I think changing the frames and perhaps upgrading the mattress would benefit the comfort of this stay significantly. There was really not much I disliked about my stay here, my husband and I had a great time. You really cannot beat the location!!

We could hear people walking about in the apartment above us. While the correspondence with the host is efficient, it is very impersonal. Even adding the host’s name rather than the company at the end of the messages would be more personal. Just an observation!

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Having free parking was excellent as our car was parked for 48 hours

There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment. The toilet seat lid is smaller than the body. No elevator (in case it is important to anyone) Mattresses were not very comfortable

No staff was available on site. We could only contact the host by email and our messages were not always answered. It took two days and several requests to have sheets for the sofa bed. We were never given the extra blankets we asked for. The walls are quite thin and we could hear the neighbours. There is no lift.

Some difficulty in contacting owner and receiving replies; and did not see anyone during our stay. Would have liked some recycling in the room and space at door for outerwear.

Kitchen and laundry were great. Pretty well stocked with supplies, utensils, etc. Easy entry and access. Great location for us, easy walking distance to Bell Centre.

My only complaint is that it was so noisy. You could hear everything from the other apartments. Of course, some guests are just not respectful of others - letting their kids run up and down the hall - not the fault of the hotel.

The location was fantastic. It was a 20 minute walk to Old Montreal and a 15 minute walk to the Bell Centre. Across the road was a great breakfast place, Maman. There’s also a grocery store just down the road. The apartment was a great size and was very clean.

The only problem was check-in. I did not receive any emails about door codes and other check-in details. In fact, finally did receive this email on checkout day, 6 days later. I tried to contact the property numerous times using both the phone number and email contact provided by Booking. com. Both were obsolete. Had to go to restaurant across the street to sit in warmth and figure out how to reach the property. Once I did, they texted me the info and I was finally able to access the property.

Location is close to shops and restaurants. Close to the middle of the touristy part of downtown. Unit had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Very limited storage. No where to store shoes, coats and in-shower. Would be useful to have a shower caddy. Some of the fittings were poorly executed. Some floorboards were not fitted to the wall well, crank for one of the windows was broken, the pantry door didn’t open properly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t secured properly to the roof (was shaking) and was dirty. The bed was far too soft for my liking. No lift (not ideal with heavy suitcases) The garbage disposal was awkwardly down slippery snow covered stairs. Not well sound proofed - could hear upstairs and next door.

Well located with a Petro Canada conveniently located across the road. Has everything needed for the kitchen and TVs with Netflix etc. Wifi was great. Comfortable couch. Was kindly allowed a slightly late check out.

It was cold upon my arrival (the heat could have been turned on beforehand considering I told them what time I was arriving) the bed was very noisy. Not very soundproof but can't fault the owners for how buildings were built.

It was very clean, easy to access, and clear instructions on how to enter. It had everything I needed for a short two night stay for work and leisure. Loved the shower and the space. communication through the stay was good.

Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of weed in the apartment every time when entering. Also, the valve of the water for the shower was turned off. Luckily we found it and finally had water!

Great location with a bus stop right outside the apartment, really good facilities and equipment in the apartment, quite comfortable.
