If you have kids I would not recommend suite 204 North. It got to the point where we had to carry our kids from their rooms to the bathrooms or wherever they needed to go because their walking/running across the floor upset the people below.

I noticed the pillows were severely stained, and some of the kitchen tools were not functional.

The location was convenient for exploring the city and visiting the tourist places. The check-in, and out process was simple. They were flexible with our check-in time.

The bed in one of the rooms was very loud making it difficult to sleep as we would wake up often when moving throughout the night. It was super unsteady as well, we were scared to move on it as we thought it was going to fall apart. Additionally, it looked like the place had not been deep cleaned, there was a hair tie on the floor & a French frie on the side of the bed plus the bed frames, coffee table, tv & tv stand were very dusty

It was spacious and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Was stocked with enough towels. Laundry was available in the unit making it super convenient. The pool and hot tub were nice as well.

the ad listed air conditioning, but it wasn’t working. this was very misleading and I wouldn’t have paid / booked the apartment knowing that the AC wasn’t working.

Apartment was was ideal for four people, plenty of space and even a pull out bed. The kitchen was well kitted out also.

Being the unit next to the elevator. The a/c did not work very well . And the smoke alarm is going off ?battery?

The location is very good, the unit is being upgraded some of it still needs to be done. Some people are still smoking on the grounds outside our room. The elevator is noisy and runs a lot and quit late at night.

The light was burnt on the front deck. We asked them to replace it but it never got done while we were there. We had to ask for more washcloths and there was no dish cloths in the unit at all until we requested them.

The up keep and overall cleanliness could of done better. Twice we stayed here bbq tank was empty and had to get our own in the middle of making dinner.

Cleanliness in first room was disgusting. Second room was good but just "meh". Furniture in LR was old and tattered and pretty uncomfortable. Coffee filters weren't the right ones for coffee pot so made a huge mess and had to not use. Below standard for price I felt.

Location was great. First room we had was disgusting but they were able to accommodate quickly with another room in same bldg.

The suite: - the floors were not washed our socks got very dirty walking to our bedrooms to unpack. - in bedroom with bunk beds - the carpet had popcorn kernels in it (not vacuumed), the bottom fitted sheet had blood spots (so I slept on top of the flat or comforter), pillows had spots (didn’t use), we unable to get any hot water out of the sink taps. - in other bedroom - we open the closet door and the door on left side fell off. We tried putting it back on but it kept coming out of the track. So we left it. - kitchen - the light in the fridge was nonexistent, it is the wrong bulb, the dishwasher was full (we had to empty it), in wine country each suite should have a corkscrew, ours did not. At the end of the day when the kids were in bed we could not have a glass a wine. Not good! - the patio curtains also kept falling out and there was a few slats missing. This was not very private, so a bit on edge the first night. - the patio - against the wall was a large screen ( might be for patio door) but it was leaning against a wall outside. Who puts a cloth office chair outside for a patio chair? Dirty and not sure what else was living in the chair. Parking and garbage was good. Just when you ask everyone to leave fobs and garage doors fob on the kitchen table when we leave, the garage door did not open for us to get out. So we had to wait till someone with a fob came by. Going out the door should be censored.

Location is great! Close to beach, walking trails and restaurants. Check in was easy and Nathan was very thorough in his instructions and patience with myself (an older lady).

Not enough signage on the property as to where things were located, we couldn’t see the Central building sign when we arrived after dark, suite was not cleanest, beds did not seem freshly changed, the electrical outlet behind the master bed tripped the breaker twice, the toilet flooded and a serviceman didn’t arrive until 2.5 hours later, the pictures of the pool looked so different to the real pool(s). The pools were a joke and the water looked merky and dirty. Not even any umbrellas to sit under. Also the property has pet friendly suites but it was hard to find a place where I could take my pet to do his business.

The location is amazing, just minutes walking distance to the downtown area. The resort was clean, complete with a pool and hot tub. The unit itself had three bedrooms, good size kitchen, dining area and living room. There were balconies off the living room and one of the bedrooms with views of the lake.

one elevator….was a pain. we had requested a king bed, as we both have back problems, then when I called to sort out, there was no solution. i called multiple times, and at the end of stay was offered 10 percent off of my next stay (which will not be happening).
