You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayWe stayed for 7 nights, housekeeping and the reseption messed up so noone never cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels and other things we needed, which was annoying…. When checking out carparking was waivered because of this.
The breakfast and dinner staff was great. They work hard to keep the guests happy and fed. Great breakfast, the kitchen is very good, meals was very tastefull and made with fresh products👍👍👍👍

Canadawe requested harbour view room, the response was that the hotel had put the request for harbour view room. we only learned that it was not harbour facing when we entered the room. i went to the front desk, was told that there was no harbour view room available. it was fine not to have a harbour view room. what annoyed me was the attitude of the lady at the front desk. lately I communicated with the hotel via Booking.com messaging system. which didn’t make me feel any better.

CanadaWe enjoyed our stay but the room cleaning was poor. We were told because of Covid it would be cleaned every four days but we only had two cleanings in the fourteen days we were there and then only after complaining. We were given one night free because of this. We sometimes had to ask staff for some of our immediate requirements such as extra towels, coffee and milk because they were not coming into the room on a regular basis.

CanadaWe were disappointed that the room was not made up any of the days we stayed there. We were very disappointed that we could not have breakfast at 8:45 am because the kitchen closed at 9. The service at the restaurant was not great, long wait, and waitress chatting long with other customers while we waited over 20 minutes for the bill.
We like the downtown location, very easy access and walking distance to downtown activities.
