Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe only thing I really hate is all the little extras being added on to the bill. Tax for this, extra charge for that. Why don't they just include it all as the total price? Like in Europe. I especially dislike the $25 per day parking charge. I think it's extortionate for just parking your car. It's not even a downtown hotel!
We like this hotel a lot. It's the second time we've stayed here. It's far enough away from the noise of Clifton Hill but close enough to the falls to walk there in about 15 minutes. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spotless. Make sure to ask for a cookie when you check in.

CanadaWe could hear the fridge running when everything was turned off at night. The fridge when the fan started running was waking us up, so every other 30mins.
The overall hotel was great. From the lobby to the room I could feel was liking the atmosphere and feel. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was kept. The views of the USA falls was the best part as we could see the fireworks from our room.
