Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statesnothing that I could tell you about. We were only there one night so didn't have a huge amount of time to experience anything we didn't like.
the room was very nice. The veiw was great. The only problem we had with the room the ac unit didn't work that great. Looked like the air filter needed cleaned but other than that the room was in brand new conditition. Staff were like family. The pool/hot tub area was very nice. Didn't eat there and the price was a little high but it was that whole area.

CanadaFront desk staff no very friendly, didn't provide information on hotel amenities (pool etc). Hotel room bathroom main parts clean but shower and walls were not (hair in tub, spills on walls). Fridge not very cold, we had to put an ice bucket in there to keep things cold. No coffee until 7:30 at the Starbucks inside lobby (staff didn't seem happy here either).
Very close to OLG, that's the main reason we chose this place. Cleaning staff (main floor/lobby bathrooms etc) were wonderful and very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Parking on site and decent price.

CanadaOur first room smelled bad of cigarette smoke, staff was amazing when we told them and we were given a new suite which smelled much better. Pillows were a bit flat but not horribly uncomfortable. I’d recommend a stay if you want to be away from the noise of Clifton hill.
The view was decent, we had the river side and were able to see the fireworks at night which was nice. The property is not too far of a walk or drive to a bunch of things. Tons of restaurants near by, as well as a Walmart. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant on site as well as a Starbucks. I’d recommend a stay if you want to be away from the noise of Clifton hill.

United KingdomRooms don’t have a view of the Niagara Falls, so it was a misrepresentation. You see the top bit of the falls (just before the river drops down) but the cascading waterfalls are actually covered by trees. So if you want to see the falls from your room you need to book a hotel much closer to the river edge. There is no buffet breakfast and it is quite expensive ala carte.

CanadaFor the amount that you pay you would think there would be more complimentary items upon your arrival. Hardly any shampoo/conditioner, only enough creamer for one coffee in the room, after the restaurant closes down there is no where to find a snack.

CanadaOur room AC didn’t get very cold. The TV has minimal channels that are free. The quality was not great. Thankfully we’re not really there to watch TV so not a huge deal but in the morning and before bed would be nice to catch a show or movie. The in room coffee was terrible.
The property had a cool lodge vibe. The pool was really nice. Was a short drive from the Falls.
