Location - I wouldn't walk around there at night (not the fault of the hotel) Parking was an issue - the very small on site parking was full so we had to park in the parking garage on the next street.

Staff were helpful Breakfast was good - decent selection Room was clean Bedas were very comfortable.

Every time a door shuts, you can hear it loudly through the hallway. This is disruptive to sleeping when there are guests going in and out of their units during the night.

No parking available at the hotel for handicap guests. There is only 1 designated handicap parking spot (for a large hotel) and most of the time you cannot fit in the parking spot due to it being too small. My husband who walks with a cane had to walk from a parking garage down the street every time we went out. This was very frustrating for 6 days. We asked if a spot could be kept for us close to the entrance but this was declined. Too many large trucks and business vehicles parking in a very small parking area at the hotel.

Their building is probably short an elevator. The 2 elevators are busy all the time. Especially at checkout time. Even the staff there are aware of the long waits for elevators. Used the stairs a couple of times from the 6th floor. Ran into a few others in the stairwells doing the same thing. I know this wouldn't be an easy fix; but it is definitely an issue.

Great location, much more reasonably priced compared to the Casino. Beautiful water front park right in front of the hotel. Lots of varied restaurants near by that can accommodate varied tastes and price ranges. Note that on the evening of concerts you will need reservations as everywhere near the casino is VERY busy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

- The breakfast was good but they literally served the same things everyday. - In our first breakfast we arrived 5 min before closing it, we though they would be closing at 10am and the lady staff told us that they closed at 9:30am and whatever we saw there was the things we could take it, they didn't make any effort to attend us a better way. - We observed they start taking things off from breakfast area before the closing time - We had to pay $15/day for parking, which is quite small for all guests, we often struggle a lot to find available spot, and we ended up parking on their additional parking one block away which is quite inconvenient when you have a family with a baby. - Unfortunately they put us on a room with no view to the river - They could have smart tv so we could watch our favourite shows via stream

- The location of the Hotel - The pool was great, my kid loved it - The breakfast was good, the room was comfy - Internet was ok, I was able to work during my stay - The front desk staff and the lady that cleaned our room were amazing - They provide free cookies everyday at front desk

Oddly, I didn’t like the music in the main lobby. I admit it’s a mediocre complaint but the hotel “appears” dated when you first walk in and the music at the time was some old school R&B which only contributed to this image. However the next morning the music was simple classic music and all of a sudden the lobby “appeared” more upscale and modern. Keep in mind when it comes to personal tastes music is one of those things that can truly influence. Otherwise the staff was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was better than expected and rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Good location, close to River front, parks and downtown Windsor. Tunnel to US is 5 min away and bridge is 10 min. Decent restaurants in the area that would suit most people.
