Included breakfast isn't really a breakfast but a snack. To get breakfast you need to pay extra $17/person. I skipped it as I felt I've been lied. AC was a window unit which I had to turn off due to its noise but then there was noise from all other ACs outside which seemed to be split systems. I didn't get much sleep there.

Really helpful staff. Didn't get time to check anything else.

It was a little dated and a tad rundown. The view from the room was the parking lot (not ideal)

The corridor had a chlorine small due to the pool and the room had a humidity atmosphere the whole time. Also the breakfast included was quite poor, lower than our expectations.

We could do the check-in quite late and the location was ok (as we were doing a road trip).

No tea and coffee available in bedrooms. Strange smell in corridor - not in bedrooms though.

Good value for Quebec! Comfortable bedrooms - lovely shower. Nice restaurant attached.

Breakfast... Sorry, but when you see "breakfast included", you do not expect a bag with a muffin, an apple and apple juice :( It was kind of ok for us, but might be important for others.

Almost everything was as we expected. Friendly staff, free parking, nice room, a lot of space.

We both are at 70+ age. The room was on the second floor and the hotel doesn't have an elevator (we were informed about it in advance). I was expecting that somebody from the hotel staff will help us with our luggage or, at least, propose to do so, but it didn't happen. A muffin, apple and piece of cheese very hard to call "breakfest" - we've been informed about this "menu" in advance, but, in any case, when the room have already been boked .

The staff were very friendly and helpful!! However, I was expecting the pool to be a little warmer to have my children enjoy it. The rooms were very basic and small. The area around the hotel was close to a supermarket and transit . The hotel was pretty basic for the price. The parking was close and convenient. The breakfast was small and in a bag so it really was minimal. I will definitely choose something else for this price for a hotel with more facilities. Overall, we will stay elsewhere next time for the price we felt that it was not a fun stay for my children 10, 13 and 16.

We knew ahead of time that there was no elevator, but the climb to the third floor became challenging after a while. Breakfast was "served" in a paper bag, also something we knew before we arrived. It included a pre-packaged blueberry or carrot muffin, a juice box, an apple, and a small package of cheese. It was adequate but repetitive. The window air conditioner was noisy and blocked our ability to close the curtains, a situation solved by cooling the room early and opening the window before night time.

The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. The room, though small, was adequate for two people. Our bathroom had a vanity-type sink, allowing space for toiletries. One "perk" we discovered was that the hotel offers free bus passes for stays of three days or longer. The #1 Bus stops a half block from the front door and goes to tourist areas-- a great savings over a taxi!

Room was extremely small. Was not in a great part of town for walking to many things. A lot of stairs, have to carry suitcases.

After confirmation on Booking, I received an email saying that I booked for less than four days and that is why I am not entitled to clean the room and that I will receive breakfast in a bag.

Breakfast is very simple and could be better, yet it has the merit to exist. You can still use the fridge to make a better thing by yourself.

Very good surprise upon arrival: - Bus lines leading to the centre are nearby, and you can also be there in less than a hour walk - Grocery stores nearby - Welcoming staff and possibility to put luggage in storage - Size of the room - Cleanliness - Air conditioning - Fridge in the room - Calm - Small but simple breakfast - Quite cheap : good value for money if you compare with other hotels in QC

Restaurant in the Hotel doesnt cater to breakfast. Breakfast is delivered in Bags to be collected from the reception every morning. Theres no Elevator in the building, which means if you have heavy bags, you will need to do some weight lifting up and down the stairs

The bathrooms were clean, but tiny and could do with some updating.

Having read other reviews, I knew to expect a bagged breakfast of apple, muffin, cheese and juice. It was fine for us. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was great. My son enjoyed the hot chocolate from the machine. The bed was decent, room was clean. The location is a short 10 min drive to the city centre. There is ample free parking and charging station for EVs as well.
