The shower stall needs shelves for amenities. The bed has only 2 very soft pillows, there should be extra pillows stored in the closet. We had to go to the reception which is not on the premises and get the pillows.

The location is great. Proximity to areas of interest is good.

The check in instructions on the location of the nearby Victoria Suites hotel should be stated much more clearly in the booking instructions to ease check-in for the guests.

The location was calm and quiet, just 180 m from the bust stop and 100 m from a convenience store. The facilities were adequate and very functional. The staff were friendly, helpful and everything was in place from my stay. If in Ottawa again, I will surely stay in the same place.

The air conditioning wasn't working and after a hot day it wasn't pleasant also the noisy street due to having the windows open because of no air conditioning.

Well I contacted the property to ensure that I had a quiet location, and asked to be at the back of the building, thinking that it would be away from the the main street. Little did I know that it faces a square with a few very noisy bars, police cars included! so Ear plugs a necessity!

A clean apartment for $71 US minutes from my Ottawa destination. The hotel is old and worn but it was clean and well lit and secure. No coffee in room but for the price, I am not complaining. Will definitely stay here again.

We were there over Christmas, so it may just be that the cleaning staff had time off, but the hallways and common areas were quite dirty and our room only got cleaned one day out of every three. The suite was dated and very spartan. The area is loud on weekend evenings, which is to be expected.

Our suite was very spacious, and surprisingly cheap.

Check-in was complicated by the fact that it did not take place at Duvernay, but at another location a couple of blocks away. There was no map as to how to get to that other location. There was no local information, maps or tourist information available.

The studio suite was adequate with a fridge, microwave, toaster electric burners, etc. A few small things as the stove light didn't work. WiFi was good. Parking was good. The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was good.

No reception at the building, must go down one block (3 min walk) for check-in and check out. Not a big deal, but it would be better if it says where the reception is at the time of booking.

I don't like the idea that i have to pay and pick the keys from a different facility before walking another 100 meter's to Duvernay. My uber will not wait for me so i had to walk..what if i had lots of luggage's? Also i couldn't watch the TV, When i turned it on it kept showing no signal. The internet sucks.. i couldn't stream a 5 minutes video successfully. There is no staff in the facility to attend to your immediate needs. The menu for food and drinks only displayed pictures and address of bars and restaurant nearby where you can order online.
