Staff & owner were fantastic, very friendly. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. The owner/chef was awesome, I have Celiac & he was great with me. Breakfast at Edelweiss was delicious too once again they catered to my allergies from eggs to fruit crumble, my husband also enjoyed his too. Any questions you had about the area they took their time to sit with us & tell us all about what we wanted to know.

A little off the beaten path and poor phone service if any.

Quiet and remote. Just a short drive to the water. Country setting and friendly staff. Very good continental breakfast with lots of selection sto choose from plus a special home cooked extra.

Very generous breakfast with great variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Bonus was the on-site restaurant that offers delicious food choices. I'll remember that poached haddock in lemon sauce for a long long time. Mmmmm

Handrails on staircase to room were square 2x4 so not ideal for hand hold if you really need them when you have mobility issues

The breakfast was excellent, egg wraps, scrambled eggs, quiche, different style of egg every morning, all delish, fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast, oatmeal. The property was awesome, with lots of trails to go walking on. Will definitely be returning. Met three wonderful ladies.

I wish we had booked a second night.

We love that the inn is so cozy and tucked away. This is our second stay here and we are so impressed with all the work Barbara has put into the place the past year. We were instantly welcomed upon our arrival. Our room was cozy and we loved the decor and all the original woodwork. The restaurant is to die for! Food is hot and delicious! Make sure you leave room for dessert!!

Everything was exceptional Breakfast wonderful. We were there,7 days different food every day. The food was delicious.A lot of it. Everything was homemade.. Fresh and healthy. The owner of the Inn is a very welcoming person. We will be back next year.

Loved everything about the Edelweiss.

I love everything about the Inn, the beautiful well groomed property, the amazing ambiance, the warm welcoming staff, the very enjoyable breakfast which has a wide selection of very high quality food and home baked very delicious goodies. The breakfast room is in a spacious area surrounded by windows looking out on the back property. This is my second stay and I will definitely be coming back to sample more of the food offerings at the on site restaurant. The restaurant is very well appointed and has lots of space for privacy of conversation and is very welcoming. You would have to experience it for yourself. The only bad thing was that there were many fabulous desserts to choose from, if only a person had the space to try them all. My main course was wiener schnitzel and it was done to perfection - the sauerkraut was amazing. The garden salad was totally fresh and good to the last bit. The Black Forest cake speaks for itself - it couldn't have been more delicious. Take a trip to the Edelweiss and experience a taste of Austria and Bavaria.

Owner is wonderful. She sang with piano player during dinner in restaurant where the food was terrific. I had the Weiner schnitzel. Breakfast was outstanding. Suggested alternate cycling routes based in input from other cyclists.

What a delightful surprise to find this lovely Inn so close to the Fundy shore. The new owner has done a lot of work to make this a destination that warrants a return visit. Clean, bright, fresh, with everything you need, including an excellent breakfast.

Good owner. Industrious, competent. Committed to making it successful. Exceptional! dinner in their restaurant. Chef is a master. Honestly, the best German meal I’ve ever eaten - including in Germany.

The breakfast was incredible and very impressive. I was expecting a standard continental breakfast, but was surprised to have a allergy-specific omelet plus accompaniments prepared specifically for our diet.
