Great gem in Ottawa. Unit is spacious and the hosts have supplied everything you could possibly need for your stay. Bedding is comfortable, towels are thick and soft, and everything was spotless. The apartment is on a quiet residential street a block away from a park with access to Ottawa's bike path system, and about a 35 minute walk to Parliament and other attractions. Host was very accessible and gracious. Highly recommend!

No complaints. The location could be incovenient if you have no means of transport, but for me the peaceful location more than made up for the an advantages being closer to the city centre would have offered.

Quiet location - no noise at night, and close to the park and river. Friendly host, easy check-in. Great amenities.

Wow! I found Elcho's place at the very last minute. this is what the universe had in store for me. this place is everything and the hosts Elcho and Dan welcomed me as if I was one of their own. they make me feel at home. the house is beyond clean, nice and beautiful. the neighborhood is among the best in the Ottawa area. if you are looking for a place where you can feel so good that you don't want to leave. you found it. at Elcho and Dan, I left my heart.

Floorboards and bed were creaky.

Excellent location close to major attractions and cycling trails along the river and canal. The space was large and had everything we needed. The bicycles provided was perfect for exploring the area.

For the price paid I had an entire flat with a kitchen, front room , dining room and an extra bedroom for kids. Absolutely loved this place, all toys and games were provided so even though it did NOT stop raining there was still things to do. Parking was right outside, plenty of takeaway options 🤣, honestly one of the nicest places I have stayed and so reasonable! River opposite so plenty to do right outside too !

Location was perfect for me. I visited my daughter in school, and Elcho's place is central to everywhere we went to. Elcho and Dan attended very well to all of my requests. It felt like being at home really. You guys are great hosts!

only basic TV channels available not a problem for me but my husband likes TV He did like the excellent selection of books though so overall not a big issue

great location, quiet neighborhood, close to museums and parks and shopping. very responsive and friendly host. very thorough and clean, well supplied having washing machine is a huge plus free parking and snow service yay! the temperature indoors was very comfortable in spite of huge fluctuations outside (went from 29 to 76 in a few days)

Everything was great. Beautiful and spacious apartment. Very clean and comfy. There were clear instructions for everything. The location was great, very central. It was easy to get ahold of the host, they answered my queries very promptly.
