The bed was not comfortable - very hard. The hot water was lacking - like there was none in the morning. There was no where to hang coats/clothes.

Good location - easy to get to off the highway and lots of amenities near by - Tim Hortons, restaurants, etc. The price is great. The staff is very friendly and let us check in a bit early. The rooms are clean.

Hot water takes time to come on the taps, probably because they run on a tank. It's not very convenient during the winter.

Available amenities, like the fridge and microwave and free wifi. There is ample parking and wasn't busy at all!

The floor in the room could have been cleaner, as well as the shower curtain (it had mold at the bottom of it). The shower was way too narrow. Could have had better pillows on the bed, they are way too flat and offered very little support.

The location was good... close to the highway, convenient and close to places to eat. Parking was good, lots of parking and close to room. Greeted by the guy at the desk who was courteous and helpful, as well as friendly.

The door was difficult to open when I got there. The bed could have been more comfortable and the bathroom had traces of humidity on the ceiling

The rooms.have potential. I see they look like they are slowly renovating. Only thing is maybe dead bolts or chains on the doors and curtains on the bathroom windows.

A/C not working...window unit that kept tripping the breaker on the power cable. Lack of privacy in the bathroom...see through curtain looking out to a car lot. Anyone looking toward the window would get an eyeful of people stepping out of the shower or getting dressed. Many vacant units but somehow the 3 rented units on our wing were side by side. Renters to one side of us had a truck and boat on a trailer, which they parked sideways in front of their unit taking up at least 4 to 5 parking spaces. The boat motor and prop were only about 5 or 6 feet from the drivers door of my vehicle. Can't imagine why in a mostly empty motel they would stuff 3 patrons all in a row and allow someone to take up all those spaces. Not like there wasn't available parking for the truck and boat in the middle area of the parking lot and many available units so the few people that WERE there weren't jammed in so close together.

Walking into the room the inside door mat was dirty bad 1st impression .dirt along tv stand. & the worst was the shower curtain with mold along the bottom replace or clean the curtain, You do hear the traffic on a busy street

Bathroom Fixtures were corotated around the facets. Drain in the tub was dirty. The fan was dusty. Toilet was too low for an elderly person.

I asked for a room to have no carpet and they were able to accommodate my request. Very please. The was renovated and clean.

The room was not ready when we arrived and there was no towels or wash cloths when wanting to shower before bed. You are probably wondering why we didn't ask for some. Well we were handed the keys and we got "checked" in so we wouldn't be late for our function that we travelled to Cornwall for. But we couldn't put our luggage in the room.
