We only received an internet code for 1 day but were staying for 3 nights. We asked for a new code once expired and received a 7 day Internet code. Should have been provided a 7 day right away.

Location was central in Whitehorse and could easily walk to main St within minutes for restaurants and shops. Parking lot was large and had plenty of room to park.

The building and furniture is dated but given the wonderful location and price, it’s a good place to stay.

The beds were very comfortable. The WiFi was very fast. The location is excellent. There is an onsite Chinese and Italian restaurant along with a bar. The staff is friendly, kind and very helpful.

Very unimposing entrance, difficult to open single and quite narrow door, lack of breakfast very uninspiring bar with inadequate beer selection - no draught beer. Very poor room furnishings, 2 large double beds? no sofa or soft chairs; small ancient TV with inadequate instructions. Poor room lighting. "fag" burns on bath, antiquated shower/bath with very cold floor and low low toilet seat! No wash basin plug and old unattached dirty one for bath. "tatty overall"

Good location downtown with ample easy parking, excellent staff always going the extra mile. Spacious room, huge potential spoilt mostly by very poor furnishings and attention to detail. Lift was a big bonus for me. Very fast internet. Good Italian restaurant next door

I got in late at night after a very long flight. Was greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk attendant; that made my day.

The rooms need an update. Carpets in rooms need to go . Even with no smoking policy rooms still have lingering odours. But the great staff make up for the minor inconvenience

Only one of us could use the wifi. Mine would not connect at all. The room smelled musty everytime we walked in. The walls are thin and so are the floors.

The front staff were exceptional helpful and lovely. The elevator made this funny noise when we reached each floor. It was hilarious and made us howl everytime! The view from the window was beautiful. Mountains all around. The restaurant next door Giorgios was AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We did our laundry which was a bonus to have available ty! And they offer free laudry soap! We asked for a quiter room and it was perfect!

The club in the attached building had very loud patrons coming & going outside till 1am on Friday night / Saturday morning. Also Just wish in the off season - we could have gotten a better deal on 2 rooms for 3 nights!

Love the Elite for the location, staff and large rooms. It is also the best bang for your buck and the rooms are clean, it has AC, Fridge, microwave and even snack.

Internet was only available in limited data allowance. Noise from neighbor rooms (walls does not seem to be soundproof.), My room was too dark.

The room was ready at noon on the day of check-in, all the staffs were kind, The room was specious and cleaned well, There are all the basic equipment assumed for a general hotel, Hotel receptionist is available 24 hours.

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We had an early flight and they prearranged a taxi for us and let us know it had arrived. The room was spacious and clean. The location is convenient to great restaurants and all Whitehorse has to offer

It took a little bit longer to check-in with seemingly a lot of paperwork and training a new employee at the same time. Parking on the street was not allowed, or have to move the car before 7am.

It's very conveniently located, with restaurants around. Actually there is both a restaurant and a pub right next to the hotel. The check-in staff was quite friendly. The restaurant manager, a Chinese woman, was also there to chat! There are granola bars next to the coffee maker. This is the only hotel that have this in recent memory.
