Would’ve been better if breakfast was included. TV didnt work but this was minor.

Within the downtown area and walk-able to Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal, Byward Market and Major’s Hill. Adjacent to the property is Ottawa City Hall. Less than 10 mins to Elgin Street and lots of food options.

We arrive with no available parking so have to park to those parking lot they suggested. It would be better the facility should inform the possibilities of parking issue

The soundproof is an issue. You can easily hear other people shutting the door and walking in the hallway.

Good location. Nice staff. The room looks old but clean enough. parking is available for reasonable price.

Our suite was very warm. There’s no controllable A/C in the room and the central A/C hadn’t been turned on yet during our stay in early May. The bedroom in particular only has a tiny window that actually opens and even with it being open throughout our stay and using fans we were very kindly provided with, it was still 25 degrees Celsius and rather uncomfortable especially for our baby when sleeping at night. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

The staff are wonderful - very attentive and friendly! The location is central, our suite was well laid out and spotlessly clean, and the underground parking onsite was convenient.

The parking was very limited on site. We had to park at City Hall each night and walk to the hotel. This was a bit inconvenient especially with lots of bags etc.

The location was awesome, it was close to downtown which was very convenient. The room was clean.

I needed to call the front desk about lights that weren’t working as well as a light tv remote. The front desk responded immediately and the problems solved immediately.

Need better cleanliness, had to pay $36 for parking , not enough parking. Need more staff at night. Restaurant also needs more staff and better cleanliness.

The room smelled a bit like cat pee. The shower took over 15 minutes to get hot.

Not much to be said here. Didn't run into any issues during our stay. I guess the only inconvenience during our stay was the only ice machine at the hotel is located on the ground floor. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Check in was great. No issues. Room was located on the 10th floor with a great view of downtown Ottawa. The room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and newly redone. Very quiet at night. We will stay here again in the future. Location is perfect and offers lots within walking distance.

The bedroom was the only room that had working heat. We got a space heater for the living room but it didn't really work.

The room was nice and big. I like that if had 2 bathrooms, it was best convenient for my family of 5.

The bedroom was very cramped with limited access to electrical outlets. Although some things had been renovated, the room was still very dated. The bathroom was also very small and cramped. We didn’t need the kitchenette but for some who are staying longer, this would be a great feature to have. The TV quality was not great, but we weren't there to watch TV. The room was very stuffy, so it was good that we were able to open the windows. The underground parking lot was down a VERY steep access, and parking our mid-sized SUV was a challenge. Overall, the room was okay; clean and comfortable. If basic is what you're looking for, this is the place.

The separate bedroom was perfect for our group, and the beds were super comfortable. Reasonably priced self-parking on-site.

Humidity smell in the suite (probably the carpet in the living room)

Location, room size ( executive King ) The staff was great. Everything worked as it was supposed to (kitchen appliances, tv’s, shower, etc…) It was quiet yet only 2-3 minutes walk to Elgin street and all the restaurants. Close to other attractions ( Byward Market, Parliament) On site Coopers restaurant is a big plus also.
