Better organization needed as far as getting the code to enter goes. I didn't get the code ahead of time and I had to call the hotel service because nobody's on site.

The room Was very small and was quite warm. Needs something to wipe up the wet floor in the winter.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The building was beautiful. Glad there was a small fridge in the room. Was not noted on the listing.

You need to bring your toothpast, and the coffee machine was too dusty inside (probably never used by customers in their rooms).

Very cute and spacious and clean room overall. The hotel is located in the middle of the old Québec which is amazing if you are a tourist. We just had to go out and walk around. There are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping stores everything around. Very well situated.

It's really close to everything you need, about the room it's was big enough to fit 4 adults, the bed was in a good size and the mattresses were really really comfortable, I slept like a baby. Cleaning, they can do better. I don't regret the experience, and I may book again whenever I'll be back in Québec city.

1. I was told specifically by the property, ( msg via booking) one day before my arrival to go to another hotel, JARDIN DU GOUVERNEUR for my check in. However once there, I was surprised to be told that it was not necessary as my key card was not at their premises but at the lobby at Ermitage hotel. I was then given the code for the main entrance door at my hotel and the wifi code as well. So I end up going back to the hotel I booked on foot which was around 7-10 mins from there with someone having Parkinson’s disease (the taxi already left). 2. wifi was weak in my room #253

Clean room, nice location. coffee machine in the room and free coffee pods for refill at the lobby.

The mini-split air conditioner didn't seem to come on to cool mode and wouldn't cool the room (it turns out that the radiator was running on a low heat and we hadn't noticed until the next morning so the room was quite warm on a 20+ degree day) but we weren't there very long so it wasn't a huge issue.

The location is perfect, being in such an accessible spot that's only a minutes' walk from local restaurants. The room was very clean and tidy with enough space for a couple and stocked with coffee and a small fridge as well!

The fact that the living and work space areas are seperate from the sleeping space. Allows to get work done without interrupting other person sleeping. ~ We are provided a number incase of emergency if front desk isn't available. ( don't use it to order a pizza, 🍕 hehehe) but if you do, wouldn't surprise me if managed to get one.

There is NO FRONT DESK as stated on booking.com. Very inconvenient to arrive and find out you have to go to an alternate hotel a fair distance away to get keys and then come back. This alternate hotel is not open 24 hours which could create further confusion if you arrive late. Only a couple of private parking spots ($25) so I would try and reserve one of the spots with the hotel or you will have to find public parking. This should be noted on the booking.com website and the hotel should be providing this information well in advance so you are prepared, not a message sent a couple of hours before your check in that you may not see.

The young lady at front desk could have been friendlier and more helpful.

The location was perfect. We did not have a car. So we were thrilled that it was within walking distance to everything. The room was comfortable and cozy. I loved the balcony doors. The manager was absolutely awesome. She was friendly and informative. I would stay there again!

Booking.com said to go get keys at another location but the keys were at the Ermitage hôtel. I didn't enjoy having to waist time for nothing.

Lovely property and very central & close to everything. Self check in and parking on site. Beds were extremely comfy and room was large and homely.
