The smell in the room it smelt damp, also the constant smell of cannabis. The area outside the hotel is rough and very dirty

The price was fair compared to the centre of Toronto, it was also surprisingly clean inside. Caribbean restaurant over the road was excellent (Caribbean Lime)

The odor was most unpleasant part of the hotel. Some of the hotel was well worn. For example, some broken tiles in the room I was in. Also a leaking facet. Around the elevator was a smell of hydraulic oil.

Room was as pictured on Booking. The hotel was reasonably clean but had a significant odor of cannabis. Staff was very helpful and friendly. the Lobby is large and has may snacks and amenities available. overall the hotel is clean, a bit dated, but the room was a nice size and was clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a log.

The jacuzzi was not clean when we arrived. After it was cleaned. And we used it. We noticed the tap leaked onto the floor. The a/c leaked onto the floor as well.

The jacuzzi right in the room. The front lobby was nice.. this place looks like it once was high end. But wasn't kept up with renovations and maintenance.

The smell of the rooms are not pleasant. Smell's like a cigarette. Facilities mention are not functional. No proper Breakfast, they just give you kiddie meal in a paper bag without any option.

The place not bad. Reasonable for the cheap price.

Breakfast was horrible! Just stale snacks in a bag!!! Who does that? And to think I booked that hotel because it comes with breakfast. I was really disappointed with that.

The rooms were neat and staff were nice except for the one working the next morning who was not so nice.

Rooms smell cigarettes and marijuana. Night staff who assisted us was not accommodating and not helpful either, very sarcastic and arrogant. He’s just focused on his laptop.

Dirty, very very dirty. Some broken things. My room had jacuzzi which was again dirty and wasn’t working properly. It looked like it wasn’t finished construction

Just the heater unit acting up and being very loud. Overall just kinda what you would expect if you had low expectations.

The place is pretty run down as you would expect from a road-side hotel in an industrial area. Place doesn't smell great. Room was clean though. Heater/AC unit was a little wonky. It's fine for the night. Definitely shouldn't be that much for one night for a motel shaped like a hotel... but that's Toronto.

Just the outside of the property, bathroom grouting needed some touch ups.

Hotel staff were nice, room was great very comfortable , outside could use some touch ups to match the quality of the inside, good stay overall bathroom could also use some touch ups.

There were bad dirt stains look like food on the walls by the window bathroom had mold behind faucet and in bathtub. No morning breakfast.

My hair dye leaked after my shower on the pillowcase and towel, I was told there would be a $50 charge but was charged $100. I understand I damaged products but they shouldn't have told me one charge amount for which I agreed to then charge a different amount on my credit card.

When I got there I was up for 2 days and just wanted to sleep. Went right to bed. The next morning I wanted to take a bath but The ceiling and shower was moldy . Carpet had lots of stains on it. Will not be staying again.

For the price of the king suite room, the upkeep was extremely lacking. The bathroom and the jacuzzi both were in need of maintenance, and some of the lights didn't work at all.

Our room was comfortable to stay in. Spacious and overall clean. Enjoyed the use of the jacuzzi.
