The hotel breakfast was not good they only served toast, yogurt ,fruit cups and coffee

The breakfast was lackluster compared to what it used to be (bacon, eggs, toast, sausage, etc)

The staff was extremely friendly and we always saw lots working. The bed and pillows could be upgraded in the room we were in and we miss the full breakfast we used used to get.

Room was very basic and looked like furniture had been removed as it was very bare. Breakfast was basic

The decor was beautiful, its like an exotic paradise in the communal area with all the plants and pools. Free parking. Restraunt on site.

The room had a lot of issues. The bathroom door handle was on backwards so one of our party was locked in the bathroom for awhile. Not safe at all. The sinks were both completely plugged. I ended up taking them apart and cleaning them. They were full of drywall and tape. The second bathroom had a glass door?! And the bathtub didnt work at all. The TV didnt work at all even after we tried to fix it. Also it was very noisy right beside the stairwell. There was a couple yelling at each other at 1am that woke us all up.

The breakfast area wasn't stocked very well. There was no coffee left and staff on that morning was not very enthusiastic about making another pot. Also, they used powder creamer, which is gross. Hot tub is broken.

Love the Indian restaurant on site! The price point for a room is good, less than a hundred bucks a night so I had realistic expectations and overall was happy with my stay. This is my third time staying at this property.

The room was nice and although the breakfast is not as good as it was when there was an restaurant, it was acceptable. This is my preferred place to stay in Prince George and the new owners have made some changes that make things better.

I like the indoor tropical court yard. A nice relief from being in the cold. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I had to have the air conditioning on the entire time in the middle of winter. There was some weird heat source coming into the room that I couldnt control. The windows and doors could be better quality so you don’t hear all the noise from the Indoor area

Told them that I needed a ground floor room because I was on crutches. Was told there was none available, but they had many empty rooms when we walked by.

Unfortunately the hottubs werent open for use, which was a big negative for our stay. With the inside room there are no outside windows for cross stream air flow, and the room was quite warm....but there were fans to help. The rock beds need water and maybe koy fish to finish it off, or just water to make it complete.

I remember this place when it was Esther's Inn, forever ago. Has always been a great place. Now it is an AMAZING place. The cleanliness is top notch, and the staff is always cleaning. Our location of 153 was perfect for pool access and had 2 beds with 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom. I recommend this to anyone going to PG. The restaurant does service ethnic cuisine, and the aromas stayed in the restaurant and didn't invade the rest of the building. There is also music (80s/90s rock) that plays innthe common area garden, very nice, not too loud but still able to enjoy it.

The mattress could be changed, I think it is time. I would like to see fruit on the breakfast menu. Some other places even offer eggs
