No one came to clean on the second day but it wasn’t a big deal. Someone emptied the trash but never cleaned. I went to the front desk and asked for more coffee and that was fine for us. I suspect that there was a note in French that we misread that explained how to request cleaning.

Was disappointed with the room. Bed was very uncomfortable, so was the couch, no good seating in the room and lack of balcony or fireplace was unexpected (though I realize this was my mistake).

The pool, the spa baths and sauna were great. The bathroom and kitchenette were also very nice.

The mattress on the bed was a bit hard. more like a futon mattress. Perhaps a foam topper would have helped. There were a lot of stairs from the carpark to the room. That was hard for us, an older couple with a dog. if there was an interior route with a lift/elevator it would have been nice to have that communicated to us at check in.

I loved the layout of the room. There was a lot of storage and open space. I loved the covered porch and the swing . There is a lot of green space on the property. It was obvious people were happy and enjoying this resort. They were dog-friendly. There were restaurants on the property but we did not try them this trip. This hotel is only a mile or two off the main highway. It does not take long to drive into the Town of Magog. There are a lot of restaurants in the area.

We had the family suite which was very spacious. Hotel has great amenities. Decent breakfast available at the hotel restaurant. They also have EV charging on-site.

Price was very high for a standard room and the Spa prices were ridiculous. Never spent above 150$ for a massage before and never will again.

Breakfast here is not included. The last time I stayed here we were able to purchase breakfast at the hotel. This time our first morning was a (summer) Sunday morning and the only option was a $30 brunch that required advance booking. We drove to Magog which is only 10-15 minutes away for breakfast which worked for us but might not be acceptable to some visitors. I would love to see an option to have breakfast included, even if it is just a continental breakfast.

This was a repeat visit for me and I will definitely be back again. I love the hot tubs, sauna, and quiet yurt. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was excellent - spacious with a lovely well appointed deck. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the kitchenette in the room is handy. The bed was very comfortable.

We were there during the long labor day weekend. Lots of families, which is absolutely fine! I was just looking for something less family oriented.

WiFi in the room was barely working, and only near the bathroom! Signal too weak to reach well into the room, unusable on the couch, desk, balcony. On all our devices - so definitely a problem of the hotel's access point installation. We were on the second floor.

I didn't get that "welcome to our hotel" feeling from either of the two ladies working at the reception desk. They were chatting with each other when we arrived, gave us our hotel room keys, explained how to get to our room, and that was it. It was a kind of cold reception. But other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The food in the restaurant-bar was exquisite !!! We shared three entrées, the flambéd Brie for two was so heavenly!!! We shared the house salad, it was no ordinary house salad, it was scrumptious, as was the salmon tartar, so, so delicious, right down to the sublime dessert, we had never tasted a pouding chaumeur like this one And the coffee, OMG, the best we've ever had !!! The service, from the hostess, to the lady server we had, top notch!

Only con was no review by staff at check-in of the property. A brochure or hand out in English would be helpful.

The suites were huge and very well appointed. My teens had their own area and we had the other. The hot tubs, pools, and sauna made our stay relaxing. Also, there are several restaurants right down the street that were delicious.

The restaurant serves bad quality of food, and is over priced. Service was extremely slow - took an hour for the server to take our order.

The room was huge and clean. Bed has a massager. The pools were open until 11pm.

We were by reception and it was noisy. They need more parking spaces. We were on the top floor and there isn’t an elevator.

The property was lovely, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast( extra) was a really good buffet.

There was a $40 surcharge per Pet per night that we were not made aware until arrival despite our efforts to ask ahead of time.

Beautiful pool area, great restaurant, very pet friendly.
