Very dated, odd, basic , breakfast was a coffee and a piece of toast

The room’s walls were thin and the neighbours could be heard till 3am. We were unlucky being next to them. Heater was effective but very old and not safe for little ones.

Owner was trying his very best to make us feel comfortable.

Good price point the only thing I would like to see added would be a coffee pot for the room as we get up really early. We like to stay here as it is on the highway out of town and we leave early for Osoyoos. I also love the friendly deer that surround the property.

All is what I expected for a road side motel, including the barely functional door handle knobs and locks, which made my wife feel a little uneasy - I told her their were no sasquatch sightings in this area - this year??? The private pool lounge area and barbeque area could be a little better organized and set up for small group gatherings like meal prep table and seating/eating. As well, the barbeque and area should always be ready to "Fire Up" without delay such as no propane, or the grill needs scrubbing. *** Pool/Barbeque area needs a permanant covered picnic area like at Cultus Lake Provincial Park group sites. Should have sink/water, electrical, and evening lighting.

Excellent Because: If your roaming or touring the area, this is a great location for "setting up" for a few days. We pulled our car right up to the room's front door - not more than 3 feet away. Made it easy to pull out what we needed without emptying the car. Being just outside of town made it very peaceful and private for enjoying our meals outside our door. The motel had an available plastic picnic table and chairs to set up in front and just a stone's throw to the pool and big barbeque area.

This was in a great location on the way into Princeton. While not upgraded or modern, it had a cosiness about it that was nice. The staff was super friendly bending over backwards to help us get what we needed.

Quiet, comfortable motel a few minutes drive to town center. Room was bright, roomy and well equipped. Bed comfortable. Motel manager very helpful and welcoming. Excellent value for money.

This motel was quiet and convenient, slightly off the highway, with a friendly proprietor and all of the simple services we needed. We didn't have breakfast, as we travel with our own food. The little pool looked very refreshing, although we didn't use it - other guests were definitely enjoying it.

Didn't like the shower. Very old.

Breakfast was good they had a full kitchen in the managers suite. Owner was very nice and running the place on his own. Clean fresh paint and carpet. Not bad for a run down old strip Motel in the middle of nowhere. Even had a resident deer wandering around the pool.

Door was stiff and lock was old fashioned. It would have been easy to break in. Full wall to ceiling window. I felt vulnerable.

The owner told us that there was coffee in the morning but there were so many breakfast options! Even “ make your own eggs” as one of the options! The pool was fabulous and everyone at the motel was friendly! It was super “dated” but comfortable!

Old structure and shower.

Breakfast setup and service was exceptional. No hot eggs or meat but I was not looking for any. Cereals, toast, hot and cold drinks, seating and table were very good. Layout of the accommodations is great for a single man, with exception of the old shower. It works well but property is very dated. I doubt there is enough traffic these days for it to be viable to ay the costs of rebuilding. BUT I would stay again in a flash.
