Air conditioning unit in room quite noisy. Water pressure in shower a bit intermittent. Unplugging hair dryer after using caused all the lights to go out! Fortunately I realised there was a reset button which resolved the problem - obviously a frequent issue?

Spa centre and pool very nice. Restaurant with nice dinner and breakfast. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms.

I didn’t like that there we’re stairs to get to the front desk from the parking, not very accessible or practical with luggage. A ramp would facilitate travel into the building from the parking lot.

The décor in the lobby is a little tacky, an eclectic mix. But it doesn't feel like a genuine Laurentians hotel.

Breakfast was good. Hotel room was comfortable.

Definite signs of low maintenance i.e. plumbing fixtures, closet doors etc. Shaky safety rail in the pool area and a malfunctioning hot tub.

The shower was a small stand-up, and I had to bend to wash my hair. There are only 2 hot tubs outside for the number of people that were there. Balcony wasn't cleaned off of snow. TV was small for the size room. Expresso machine only, no pod coffee.

Friendly staff. Quiet and cute. The restaurant was good. It was a bit too dark in the restaurant but overall the food was amazing. (Meals were; Steak flank and salmon, 100$) The bed was super comfortable. The hot tub in the room was a plus since the ones outside were always occupied. The indoor pool was nice.

1- humidities at the room was extremely high 2- indoor spa was not clean in the middle of the day we found a lot brown particles at the corners 3- found left over cans under the bed 4- we were 4 adults and paid for 4 adults I asked for extra 4 coffee second day I was given only 2

I didn't like that there was no elevator. The fridge didn't regulate properly - some of our food got frozen. The fireplace was missing. Our key card didn't work on the second night - I had to go back downstairs to reception to correct the problem and then had to go all the way back up to the third floor.

I rented the Presidential suite and liked the room very much. The room was a warm welcome when opening the door to the suite.

The carpets in the room had stains, found hairs on the toilet and the bathtub. Room air quality poor. The fridge froze our food as it wasn’t set up the correct temperature. Only 2 hot tubs available, one large group took up one hot tub for the evening. Should have something documented for a time cap. We ended up going into the second hot tub with other strangers.

As I mentioned, the furniture in the room was a bit worse for wear but it was clean, large and well equipped. We were on the third floor, and there was no elevator. Also the restaurant was closed which meant going out for every meal which we didn't expect.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed and lovely jacuzzi. Everything we needed in the room. It showed its age a little but overall we were very satisfied.

We were feeling like bread crumble under the bed sheet, we had to check in the middle of the night as it was disturbing and uncomfortable. I couldnt get the tv to work it was saying no signals.

Quite old facilities No elevator (max 3 floors)

Good value for money Two heated pools and 3 jacuzzis Food at the restaurant was quite good We booked the presidential king bed suite, with a jacuzzi in the room, and bathroom was recently renovated Small fridge in the room with a freezer part Good location in Sainte Adèle, next to the 'Au pays des merveilles'
