The hotel is supposed to be a spa, but a third part offers all the treatments services, and we were not informed until the check-in that any treatment would be provided during that specific weekend. The hotel is doing some renovation, which is excellent. Still, all the materials are lying over the bedrooms corridor - which is not very pleasant, especially when we have so many kids around. We were unlucky to experience a blackout throughout the region during our stay, which is not the hotel's fault. But it was a bit worrying to spend the night without adequate heating in the room with a baby accompanying us.

The inside pool is nice, but quite cold - especially for toddlers. The inside jacuzzi is good. Our bedroom had a fine hydromassage bathtub, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The restaurant is worth it, but the opening hours are confusing.

Outdated rooms, ice machine very far from rooms, only 1 for hotel guests in basement. Book your massages before going , the weekend we went it was booked solid already.

i didn’t know there isn’t an elevator, there may only be 3 floors but carrying stuff up and down is a hassle. had i known i would have packed differently. the indoor pool and spa area may need to be refreshed a little!

There was a big stain on the carpet in our room. The room was small and dingy. One of the windows led to the view of the back of a shed. The bathroom was small.

Staff was friendly. Lots of available parking. The hotel was quiet.

The room 116 was stuffy could not open to let fresh air in Bathroom floor was a mess abit of water and bits of toilet paper but after I advised the sEst they did come in to clean it with in 8 min so that was good Spa inside was wayyy to hot I would go again. But I would check out another room on another floor

Overall ok! The reason I booked on line was the price was perfect, but I was billed approx 30$ plus on my cc. It also said 4.9 km to the restaurant I had booked… big surprise , the distance was 15 km! Very disappointing

Not my first stay here...but the worse room!!..put us in a small room on the main floor...which is ok...compared to the rooms we had stayed in before ...not acceptable...did not sleep all night due to a motor noise coming from the closet!!! Reception was not to helpful...willing to change rooms for a higher price!!!! Bathroom was soo tiny could barely fit in.. I booked this stay with Bookig.com... Reception response was...next time call the Hotel...reserve with us..this way you can get better room.....thank you for your comprehension...

This is a great little simple place to go for a getaway, either with a partner or with kids! The restaurant is good as well. We go twice a year to relax! Simple but perfect to relax! :)
