The pool was dirty, floors were grimy and lots of hair in the pool. Hot tub was warm not hot

Clean, spacious awesome breakfast included. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Water slide was the highlight for the kids.

The fact it is so far from everything is good and bad. Easy access off the main road but farther to drive for shopping and such.

Amenities were nice and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.

Given that there was an amazing pool and hottub, one's skin dries out and there was NO moisturizer in the room. Please have some in rooms for the guests. We put our lunch food for the next day in the bar fridge and it ALL froze overnight (sandwiches, milk and grapes). Staff should check refrigerator dial before new guests arrive. The ropes around the life preservers were all tangled so my husband untangled them and wound them properly. If there was ever an accident the life preservers would not throw properly! We are boaters and husband has Canadian Lifeguard qualifications so we know!

The breakfast foods were pretty good. Scrambled eggs way too salty. Should have hand sanitizer in breakfast bar as EVERYONE shares the same serving spoon. Had to ask at front desk and THEY had to go and look for some!

Check in took a long time. We asked for an early check in and arrived at 10:30 and didn’t check in until 1:30.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and slide. And breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were very accommodating with breakfast and opened an hour early for us due to an early hockey game.

Everything was great minus the pillows they were horrible. Maybe personal preference but they were to soft so your head just sunk in them, no real support.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We had an issue with our room, the pull out mattress was soiled when we went to set up my son with the pull out couch. However, the manager that evening made it right and got us a new room right away and on the same floor with our friends.

I would of liked a place a little closer to the city center, but not knowing the area I feel that was my faulty research. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

I had a comfortable, quiet room. The bed and bedding were of a good quality. Breakfast was the average continental breakfast and the coffee was decent.

Very noisy. Tournament - kids were ok. Parents were inconsiderate talking loudly until after 1 in the morning. Staff should have proactively patrolled the floors.

Sadly the water slide at the pool was out of order and my grandsons were very disappointed.

Breakfast was very good. A good selection to choose from. The location was a little out of town.

The manager was very rude. I tried to check in 30 minutes early, but the manager was the only one behind the desk and he told me no one is allowed to check in early because they had to rearrange the rooms. He was walking away from me as he was explaining this and wanted no part of speaking to me. He just kept walking away as he was speaking to me. The parking lot was empty and clearly there were not many people staying there at the time and as such there was likely at least one room ready. There were no staff behind the desk and I can only assume the manager didn’t want to check me in himself.

My kids liked the water slide and the rooms were fairly clean. We had an accessible room and as such we had a lot of space. The room came with a whole kitchenette equipped with a full fridge, sink and microwave. The staff were pretty friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Price was a little high (almost $300 on a Wednesday night including taxes) and the hallway outside our room smelled like weed at times and we travelled with my young children.

Breakfast was great, pool and hot tub temps were excellent and beds were comfy.

stone walkway out front is a huge trip and fall hazard

rooms were clean. a bit distant from the main area of town which can be a plus.
