Breakfast felt small, though it was nicely made. It would have been awesome to have had a coffee machine in the house where we stayed.

Proximity to all downtown sites, such as Confederation Centre for the Arts, and great bookstore and dining. Easy to explore elsewhere and spend some time in nature (went to the dunes at Greenwich). The feeling of being in a museum while we were at the inn.

the balcony view was amazing, the huge living room was great, the bathtub exceeded expectations. bed was super comfy. they let me smoke on the balcony which - no one ever does in North America i thought that was classy. the wifi was awesome and secure

The bed was soft - okay for one of us but not the other. Be sure to note in their information that breakfast is an extra charge.

This was a good location, easy to find and close to restaurants and a walking area. A cruise ship was docked in sight of our restaurant and we chatted with passengers as we ate seafood outside the restaurant. Sam was very helpful with our luggage and recommendations for food and sightseeing.

My room was very small for the price.

The location was very convenient, the staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The grounds and common areas are pretty. The hotel accommodated an early check-in for me, which I appreciated.

There is no roof on patio part with chairs and sofas, so you can't sit there during rainy days. It is definitely something that could be improved.

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and great location near the downtown. Nice and stylish place to stay if you like Victorian style. And it also has beautiful large patio with a lot of flowers.

Perfectly located and cosy B&B in a heritage site. Walking distance to downtown Charlottestown. Very comfortable Suite with unfoldable bed for our daughter in the living room. We could add a breakfast option upon arrival and it is very worthwhile!!!

We had a great stay. It was very pricey and I thought we had booked a room with a washer and dryer but that didn't happen. We could hear the other guests coming up and down the stairs and it was very loud. We had trouble locking and unlocking our door. Apart from this everything else was great !

Some of the fixtures were in need of some maintenance and a critical eye from the management given the cost of the suite. Main suite air conditioner was running but not actually cold. Shower door seal had a section missing so first time I used to the shower water had flowed across the washroom floor and up to the hallway. Clearly happening for a while as I then noticed the baseboards were rotten around the door exactly where the water ran to. Both bath tap handles were completely loose and could be lifted off. Nothing that would affect the stay - just little things which can be easily fixed.

Very friendly receiving staff. Great sized suite with a comfortable bed. Plenty of free parking and ideally located for exploring Charlottetown.
