Because of the size of this Fairmont getting around is a maze and can be a tad confusing. Also because we stayed on the Mezzanine level we often used the stairs which isn't a huge deal but for someone older or needing help it could be hard. One way to access the room meant cutting through a hall that often was hosting events. We were told that it could be accessed by an elevator but we couldn't figure out how. The pool is further so you do have to walk through some of the very public areas to get access to it. No big deal but from where we stayed we had to wind through the halls and the shops and that was a little odd. Wish they had an indoor walkway of some sort to allow guests a private hallway to wander down. I'm usually not one to pick on prices of food but boy it is more than your average cost! We stopped by the Stock Market to grab sandwiches, drinks and dessert and that was nearly $100. To be honest the best deal was the Breakfast Buffet at the Vermillion Room which is also really beautiful and chic to sit and eat. I'd maybe opt to eat here once then venture out into town for some options, just be ready for resort like prices.

We want to always say how much we love the hotel for being pet friendly. Even though it's a luxury hotel they also treat furry companions like a hotel guest. Thank you :) The rooms are always elegant and classy, although we do miss the individual toiletries we of course know how much more environmentally friendly it is now. Appreciate the tea and Nespresso offered in the room, we love that there was a hot water kettle! We also love the pool even though we didn't have the time to book in a treatment at the spa we still enjoyed spending time in the hotel pool, hot tub, sauna and outdoor heated pool. There is lots of space where one can sit and relax although you need to get there early to secure your spot. Would be nice to have water accessible here so we can refill our bottles but there is a pool bar where they can give you water. We didn't get to participate in any of the resort activities but it seemed to include a nice variety which is always a plus.

The service was 5 star by each team member. The restaurants and facilities were superb. Ate at the German restaurant for dinner and the Vermillion and Stock room for breakfast. The views were STUNNING. The rooms were clean enough to feel comfortable walking around barefoot, which is saying a lot. The staff tended towards refusing tips, yet still seemed extremely eager to please.

The beds were a bit hard.

It is a beautiful castle style building with every amenity imaginable. Plush luxurious rooms and dining areas. The staff was AMAZING! The doors was exceptional. Everything you need in once place.

The only thing that could have been better was the food at the Italian restaurant. the experience and waitstaff were great, but we expected a little more from the food. It was good, but not exceptional.

We had high expectations and they were met. Staff and facilities were excellent. We will return and are looking forward to it. I cannot say enough about the overall experience. thank you!

Stalls for Tesla chargers are a bit tight to pull into. But one of few hotels that offers EV charging on site. There is so far no Tesla supercharger in Banff.

You could hear activity in hallway. I requested an air purifier, which was delivered promptly, and blocked all outside noise. Excellent service!

Some services seemed overpriced, such as the $40 cost to sit by a fire at night, with further cost expected to enjoy hot cider by the fire.

The views, the walks, and the staff were all impeccable. The room was comfortable and any need we had was addressed immediately.

I think perhaps a hotel of this caliber should not charge for parking- there is ample room for cars and people rent cars so they can explore the surrounding areas which is what my husband and I did. The large bus to sunshine village was a little less than what I expected- the smaller van to mount norquay was more to our liking-

My husband and I had a lovely 3 night stay at the Fairmont Banff springs- it was truly a remarkable experience and first class all the way ! The castle like accommodations are beautiful and there are million dollar views in all direction- we ate dinner at three of the on-site restaurants and all were wonderful with impeccable service-I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a wonderful luxurious stay!

The hotel was magical, service was phenomenal and the dinner options at their restaurants were fantastic. Beautiful weekend spent for our anniversary. Highly recommend the king with a view room as waking up to mountains was a gorgeous experience. Thank you so much to all staff who made the trip that much more memorable.
