The room was fabulous - Spacious, with super-comfy beds, a big-screen t.v., a large rainfall shower and large, deep bathtub, plus a kitchenette! Even the large-sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash smelled fantastic. Trevor at the front desk was so charming and helpful! Really, an amazing stay!

the only negative was the pillows for the pullout couch, not comfortable at all and it would be nice for them to have a more comfortable mattress on the pull out. having to pay for parking was a shock. didn’t expect that at all. Apart from that it was awesome!!! we would stay there again for sure.

loved the location. loved the king bedroom suite. the soaker tub and the layout of the whole suite. loved that there was two toilets.

The room had soft spa music playing when I checked in and a very relaxing vibe was present. The tub was a nice size, so bring your bubble bath! We all had a great sleep- even our pup!

The room could have had dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, etc. plus several of the surfaces were dusty which didn’t give me as good feeling about the level of cleanliness.

We had planned on eating our own food in our suite but there were absolutely no utensils of any kind. This was very disappointing. We ate dinner at the Westin Hotel and it was mediocre at best and very overpriced for what we received. The beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable but the bathroom had two bottles of shampoo and no soap for hands. Better attention to details on would fix this oversight.

The road going up the mountain was horrible. People in underground parking parked taking up 2 spaces making it hard to find a spot.

Only thing I can think of is we could of used more blankets. And a bar of soap.

Gorgeous bathtub, could of stayed in it all night. Really beautiful place, was not the least bit noisey. Traveled with my daughter and she travels a lot and she stays in a lot of hotels in Canada and the US. And she found this to be one of the nicest.

We had a bit of trouble regulating the temperature, a little chilly in the Living Room and too hot in the Bedroom. Also had a drawer full of food wrappers from the previous occupants-but none of this was too bad...

No dishes in room and had to wait A LONG TIME to get them. No Kleenex or extra TP in bathroom. Clerk at front desk in morning wasn’t very friendly - needs some instruction on how to be “hospitable in the hospitality industry!”

My son said the sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, if they had a rollup memory foam topper pad for it to be put on once it was open t would help, and ice cubes in the freezer for arrival would have been a nice touch. Also no paper/pen in the room, a menu for the Jacks restaurant would also be nice for ordering food.

Beautiful place, penthouse 1 bdrm suite was large and beautiful, excellent for a weekend family stay, everything was clean as well.

The area is a new development; hotel did not have room service but a lunch and dinner restaurant was just next door.

Beautiful rooms and soaker tub were much needed for a short night’s stay. I could see staying here for a golf weekend for sure. There was a restaurant just a short 200m walk next door for lunch and dinner. As well a super friendly cafe/market was open early with great coffee, super sandwiches and milk and tea you could keep in your room. ( Room came with kettle 😊, small fridge and microwave 👍)
