Lunch menu was very similar to dinner menu with limited choices. Unfortunately we couldn’t order items offered in their 4-course section individually elsewhere on the menu.

Location, cleanliness, superior service, room decor, lobby & amenities, valet & driver service provided. The grounds are beyond anywhere else we’ve stayed. Wildlife, including bears, can be found within a 10-min walk. Breakfast in the room was outstanding.

The restaurant took a little bit long I think that they are short staffed and very expensive to lattes for $20 . Two drinks and four sodas $64. So Wister has either very high end restaurants as well or low end so you need to budget food for sure love the hot tubs outside and stuff was excellent.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Whistler and easy walk to the village and if you don’t feel like walking transportation came every 10 minutes the staff went above and beyond with care and attention.

To be honest the pool was really small to compare to Fairmont hotel that I went befor. Breakfast was really expensive and not as good as the value which paid. To be honest I didn’t like the breakfast. We paid $130 just for 2 people and it was not self service we order the egg and mimosa and I think it is too much for egg😀

We really enjoyed and having fun at this hotel. It was really clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was nice. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

It was such a great stay with very friendly staff and great location. The pool was fantastic and so was the bar and restaurant. The ski concierge was also fantastic and made life easy before and after skiing. Couldn't recommend it more

Not a criticism, more a suggestion. They could do with an additional outdoor spa.

Rooms are very comfortable and by far the best of any hotel in Whistler. Beds are super comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is really decent also.

Menu at the Braidwood could use a refresh

Complimentary late check out when requested. They also upgraded our room. Staff are polite and nice. The pool is heated which is nice when weather is cold. We also enjoyed the hot tub, too. Room is spacious with walk-in closet.

The amount of emails I received before my stay was borderline harassment. I received over 10 emails in regards to Covid protocol/vaccine passport mandates and it was excessive. One or two emails max please.

The ambiance is very calming and the facilities have a lot to offer.

The main restaurant was only open for Friday and Saturday night dinner, so we were not able to eat there. Balcony was a nice size but furniture needs an update.

Our Jr. suite had all the comforts you would expect of a Four Seasons. Especially liked having the second large bathroom. Delighted to have the return of daily housekeeping although still no nightly turndown service which really didn’t matter to us.

We initially got put in a wheelchair accessible room that had no door on bathroom/water closet. It’s our anniversary, we come every year and usually book the bigger suite but wanted to try the king studio, we booked a year before so when we got put in the wheelchair accessible room it was different from what we expected. I asked about it and they kindly switched us to a different room.

In room menu was dirty with food stains when opened up (those should be checked on a regular basis). Had to ask for extra towels and bath robe for my child (house cleaning should probably know number of guests before check-in).

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff who were very helpful, the phone app was very useful where you can use the chat function to request for anything, pool/spa was excellent, restaurant’s were good. Deluxe room was a good size, bed was comfortable, perfect for our family of three.

We were a little surprise to learn upon arrival that it's a valet parking only hotel. We would have liked to have easier access to our car since we had been travelling for a while and had a few things here and there we had forgotten in the car; it was quite a hassle to ask them to fetch the car each time we needed something or wanted to go someplace. Also, excluding the fact that we obviously tipped the valet, we got home to notice that they had charged us an extra 50$ per night for the valet parking. This tarnished our stay a little. Also, they give you access to free basic wifi, and charge you extra for higher speed internet. I felt that was really cheap for this type of hotel. Finally, we had booked a mountain view, but our balcony was just beside a busy and noisy street, so it was essentially unusable. I would recommend choosing another option if you can.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms are gorgeous, homey, and the bed was so comfortable. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with all the amenities and toiletries you might need. The live chat with a concierge is also a great way to ask questions or make special requests. We also dined at Sidecut which was just an outstanding experience overall; we didn't care for the drinks, but the food was delicious. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
