The beds are a little uncomfortable, but fine for a short stay. Our room has a few paint touch ups that could have been used nothing that should keep you from staying here.

The location was perfect. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful both checking in and checking out. The woman who ran the complimentary breakfast kept the place well stocked and clean. The room was very clean and had a nice balcony to enjoy your coffee on or maybe a glass of wine at night. Separate area for the closet and sink gave me a place to change with some privacy other than having to go into the bathroom to do it. The bathroom with the toilet and tub was very roomy and clean. No elevator so you need to be able to use the stairs to get to breakfast or to the amazing pool table downstairs or obviously if your room is on the second floor. Not a problem for us but I feel you should be aware if you have mobility problems, it's mentioned on the site as well. We did not use the pool so I have no information on it. All up and down the streets are many restaurants and things to do. Very short drive to the falls or to the main drag with all the activities and souvenirs. I would happily stay here again.

The pool was very cold. Couldn't fill the tub as the plug didn't stay engaged.

The room was a nice generous size. The buffet was v very good. The room was clean, and the rooms were quiet. Staff were very friendly.

The room was very clean except for the heater filter with allergies was not cleaned at all so I noticed it right away breakfast was good little confusing the way they operate their breakfast bar not enough seating in the breakfast area

For the most part the room is clean the AC or heater filter was not clean at all I had to clean it myself

Some of the pillows in the room were not comfy. More options could be added to the breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing and no variety, only sausage, boiled eggs, bread and waffles.

The reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite spacious but a little bit dated. The pillows were much more comfortable than any hotel I have stayed in before. The bed was comfortable too.

The breakfast could have been better.

The place was very good. If you have a car, the location is convenient: 10 min from Niagara falls. If you don't, there is a bus stop right in front. The room and bathroom are very spacious.

When we went to breakfast at the tea Cafe we were entertained by the cook trying to catch the cockroaches falling out of the heated hotdog pan

The only problem was the pool water and room temperature. It was very cold. I believe there were no heating and not sure if the room temperature was adjustable or not but at the time of our visit it was pretty unusable and that was something I was looking forward to. Also no change rooms at the pool area.

Loved the breakfast room. it's outside of the main building which gives it a very nice view and touch with windows and lots of light. weather permitting you can also sit outside as there are patio furniture there. Rooms and hallways were very clean. You have full control over your room temperature which was very useful for us traveling with our 15 months old son. I will definitely look into staying at this place next time.

The accessibility to amenities (restaurants, the Falls) was handy. Nothing fancy and a little run down but it was clean and had the basics for washing and sleeping. For the price, this was just fine.
