I have been at this location many times over 12 months. This is the first time that I felt that my room's maintenance was not up to par : patching of wall was unfinished, a few other room structure seem to be neglected, bedsheet covering had markings/stains

I like the location and simplicity of the accommodations.

It was a little difficult to find because it is at the back of another building, past some smaller buildings. I am glad I didn't arrive late at night.

It was exactly what I wanted - a fair-priced place to sleep overnight. It was quiet, clean with no expensive add-ons.

It is appearing a bit run down. Carpet needs replacing. Rusty areas of doors and heat/ac units etc need to be cleaned up

Not much to write here. Channels on tv were a little scrambled but didn't bother our stay. Likely due to storm and out of anyone's control.

For a no frills place to sleep - great value for money. Location was perfect for us and our plans. Lots of parking and staff were lovely to talk to. It was very quiet stay (aside from the wicked thunderstorm that rolled through one night- was great to watch from the large window and attached balcony though!). Very close to restaurants, grocery store, and mall with movie theatre. Communal kitchen is well equipped though we didn't use it- we saw others making use of the space.

Only minor suggestions. A second mirror in the room outside the bathroom. More pillows. Possible second TV on the twin bed side of the room.

Great accomodation - esp for 4 people in one room. Very clean. Liked having a kitchenette in the unit. Staff were friendly and efficient on check in and out. Thanks for a great night.

When we arrived there was garbage in the pail from previous guests. I also found a few long hairs scattered in the sheets when we pulled back the bedding. It seemed like everything was clean, but that was a little off-putting.

It was a fair price and worked out for our needs. There was a nice lounge room that overlooked the property and river. That was a nice place to enjoy while having our complimentary morning coffee. If staying longer it's nice to know that there are fridges in the kitchen where you can keep your food. It was also quiet which was nice.

There was only one receptacle in the whole room in which to plug something in. I use a CPAP machine for sleep apnea and we had to pull the bed out to get to the plug. We were not able to plug in any chargers for our phones and hearing aids There was only one place in the bathroom to plug something in and if we hadn't brought our own extension cord we would not have bee able to use our shaver or hair dryer. We only had a half bathroom which was fine for just one night but we would want a complete private bathroom if we were to stay there again. The location was perfect for where we needed to be the next day.

The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and fairly comfortable.

The posts on the foot board of the bed had square tops with pointed sides which we kept banging into as there was very little space between the bed and the kitchen area. These bed posts are dangerous as I now have two very bad bruises on my left thigh.

Our 2-night stay was for medical reasons and the Guest House was 5 mins from the hospital. The room was equipped with a full fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes and dishwasher so we were able to take our meals in the room. The shower stall in the bathroom had a convenient grab bar and lots of shelves for putting things on. There was abundant hot water at all times. The bed was comfortable and the heating system was quiet and warm.

Given what I need from the location and experience, there is nothing that I don't like.

I like the location, as close to who I am visiting. The price is great, given that I am not spending lots of time in my room. The furnishings are just enough and the amenities are just what I need, not overly expensive.

Bed was too high for wheelchair transfer. I asked management for help and my answer was you can choose to leave. No help. I had someone remove the box spring from the twin bed to make wheelchair transfer possible. When I spoke to the manager about what we had to do he threatened to kick my wife and I out for disassembling the furniture. WE BOOKED A HANDICAP ROOM. He actually called in the head of maintenance & housekeeping to investigate. Luckily she was sympathetic admitting she herself couldn't get on the bed as to elevated. She told us not to worry and told the manager to chill. Everyone else on staff were very polite. Just the manager was uptight.

Room was clean. Not enough room to move around with a wheelchair. BOOKED A HANDICAP ACCESSABLE ROOM.

There was a cheeto and peanut laying in the floor, leftover from a previous guest... the electical outlets aren't very convenient (behind the beds and one in the washroom) and if you need to call the front desk, the phone is in the hall.

Pretty basic, but it works. Comfy beds, full washroom.. kitchen and coin laundry down the hall.. what more do you need?

the tv was useless in terms of reception as I like news and not an option I found one of your male clerks very unpleasant natured .As when I went check out he was criticizing another staff at least I think he was a staff member >this should have been addressed in private not in an open area any one in a position of leadership or should know this so it will have an affect on my staying there even though I loved the location and room for the purpose I was there Thankyou.
