It is advertised there is a hot tub. But not working. Need to have a smart t.v.

At this time of year, the restaurant is not open most days for any meals. The towels could be newer.

A well kept and comfortable Inn. This was our second visit. The views are beautiful and calming. The dining room well sited for great scenes. Loved the wood burning fireplace.

Spa tub water on deck was brown, couldn't keep fire going in fireplace (also difficult to start, matches didn't light), heated floor in bathroom didn't work, tv in bedroom wouldn't work with remotes, could do with a better coffee maker. Hopefully all fixed by next time!

Spacious apartment like room with spacious covered deck with fireplace, built-in BBQ, and spa tub. Large separate bedroom with comfortable king bed. Amazing location on the water near the ferry. Looking forward to our next visit.

Staff didn't know almost anything we asked. The hot pool was not working . The bathtub in the room is leaking, and taking a shower there is impossible as you have to leave the water on. Too much waste. Also, there were a lot of dog hair on the floor

Furniture is scraped up and tired. Kitchen could use just a few extras like cooking oil. Robe hooks needed in bathroom, tub and bedside.

Great location. Villa was large for two people. Outdoor fireplace/tub were fun.

Location is very convenient to the ferry with a nice view. In the warmer season the grounds would be very enjoyable.

The restaurant was shut on Monday and Tuesday and the alternative pizza parlour on the lawn was closed during our stay.

The breakfast is ok, but maybe can have a little bit more stuffs ! After we used hot tub, there is no more hot water in the bathroom for quite a while. 🥹

I did not like the shower, I found it difficult to use and hard to get the temperature right and it was set up on a weird angle. The restaurant food was lovely but my husband got the venison medallion and he did not find there was enough of it.

The view was fabulous, we stayed in the upper villa which was like a little home with an outdoor tub fire and barbecue. Overall it was lovely.

Grounds and location and the restaurant was fabulous. However the rooms are not really good for sharing as having one bathroom is problematic.

The breakfast is not a hot breakfast and is limited to fruit, granola, yogurt and a starch which is not suitable for every guest.

The view from the rooms was absolutely beautiful. The location is really close to the ferry and the staff is exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and had a fireplace and lovely balcony. The bathroom had both a tub and separate shower. There's also a lovely restaurant at the property with lovely meal options.

The breakfast was very disappointing. There were no glasses for water in the room. Coffee option in the room was poor. There was no room cleaning (at a minimum daily trash removal).

We liked the view and facilities. Dinner at restaurant was good.

The property location was outstanding with ocean views and nearby mountain peaks. However, as with many organizations this year there appears to be a staffing shortage. Some parts of the property needed a bit more TLC. Further, while we were okay with minimal in room service, used drinking glass replacement was non-existent.
