I stayed with my partner and my dog. Patrick and Nathalie were absolutely welcoming. They prepared a comfy blanket for the dog and provided some welcome treats for her. We used the hot top and it was absolutely relaxing and amazing. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the common area felt like home. We thought it can't be better, but then they gave us their homemade breakfast. We eat vegan and they provided vegan waffles and muffins and a lot of fruit. That was the cherry on the cake for sure! Thanks Patrick and Nathalie! 1000% recommended!

Patrick was waiting at the door for me with a warm smile. His wife said hello with a nice smile. The check in was 2 minutes. I was escorted downstairs stairs and shown my room. Every thing was available to me and explained properly. Breakfast was huge !!!! Yummmy !!! 5 could barely finish it. Literally a 5 minute wto central Coaticook Very quiet and serene. This is definitely my go to place. If you want to book during the summer, I suggest booking early

Would have liked a better selection of teas (green fruity), and breakfast was a bit too much on the sweet side for our preference.

Pleasant hosts, very comfy bed, quiet.

So comfortable and cozy I didn’t want to leave in the morning! I was there for one night and was the only guest so it was extra nice. Patrick & Nathalie are super friendly and the breakfast was really good. They have everything you need and more and there’s a ton of resources for things to do in the area.

Patrick and Nathalie are amazing people. We are a family with young children and they really made us feel like home. They allowed us to use their BBQ and they were always making sure that our needs were met. Location wise, their B&B is very near by Foresta Luminia and Coaticook ice cream factory.

the set up for guests was great, with our own common area and breakfast nook. Little touches like having extra fridge in our room and wine glasses and dishes available for us to use made life easy. Our host was accommodating and helpful. Not many places welcome dogs, so that was also a plus. Breakfast was homemade and different every morning. We highly recommend this B&B!

The rooms were a tad chilly, but not cold enough to complain about. I’d say it was about 65°F in there. I’d rather a cooler room than one that’s too warm since I’m a hot sleeper. The bed sheet and blanket cover is not cotton, it’s like a polyester material which keeps you very warm.

The hosts Patrick and his wife were very attentive, welcoming and kind even though we only gave them a 30 min warning from time of booking to arrival. the bathroom was nice and clean with ample towels and a comfortable glass door shower. The beds were comfy and rooms were spacious enough, might be tight to fit two in one room though. facilities like microwave and water boiler worked well. it’s so thoughtful of the hosts to equip each room with a Minifridge in the closet. when we told them we were bringing a dog, they even laid out a blanket for him on the floor before we arrived and put out two doggy dishes with some treats that our dog quickly gobbled up. he has a sensitive stomach though, so I was a little worried and surprised when I saw him eating something off the floor. but all went well and he had no problems, very kind gesture. breakfast was a lovely spread of home baked chocolate chip bread and croissants with an array of fruit served any time of your choosing from 5am-10am. there was also milk and yogurt in the fridge. We also had a few leftover eggs that we needed to finish before crossing the border which Patrick kindly fried for us.

The only thing about this property - it's a B&B with shared common area and, most importanlly, bathroom. Waiting in line for your turn could be less than a pleasant experienc. Also, if one of the guests is noisy or has small kids - that might be a problem. But our neighbours were nearly silent and did not bother us at all.

Backyard amenities including hot tub was a really surprise. Super-friendly owners and yummy breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. Convinient location nearing tons of amenities worth travelling for.
