Great stay at this cute apartment. Location was perfect, quite streets, close to subway and the best: lots of room on the street to park for the night. If you haven't try to found free parking on the streets of Montreal, you don't know what I am talking about;)

Beds were amazingly comfortable, quiet building and area. Common kitchen stocked and clean. Private bathroom was gorgeous and spacious and very clean. We will stay there again next time!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Arrival/entering the room worked without any problems. I could also leave my luggage there the next day. The closest metro stop is just a two minute walk away, so you will still get anywhere quickly!

Near the city but still enough distance away to avoid city traffic. Kitchen was awesome, we cooked some meals so as to save money. Monique, the cleaning lady is friendly and helpful. some mornings we have coffee and talked to fellow tourists who stayed in the hotel. Botanical garden, planetarium and biodome are within walking distance if you like to visit those things. It’s also close to subway station.

Squeaky floors

Great location 5in walk from the metro station Pie IX, clean and spacious, has got a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms although I only needed one, view on the Olympic stadium from the kitchen window. Reasonably priced, although somewhat remote from the city center but easily accessible via metro.

It is an older building where the floors are creaky. I was concerned that the other rooms would overhear my snoring! Lol!

The location was walkable to restaurants and was the most comfortable bed and pillows to fall into after a soak in the beautiful bath.

I am an experienced traveler and I can definitely say that I ended up in one of the best places I have ever been. I really liked the chat with the employees, how they helped with additional information and were kind. The room was excellent, very comfortable, clean + I was pleased with the additional information about the city (where to eat, how transport works and even where to park). I was also pleased with the location relative to the metro. My suitcase broke and what would I do if it took 15 minutes to get to the metro instead of 5 minutes...

We had a really good time at the Gite du Survenant, easy to get there and the room was clean, cosy and warm. Possibility to leave the luggage in the common area after check out which was really handy :) Walking distance from the Parc Maisonneuve, to go for a run or walk, and from nice bars, cafes and restaurants :) Thank you !

I had a great stay. This place comes highly recommended for its accommodating hosts, good transport connection, and serene surroundings on a quiet street, nice neighbourhood overall. Smooth self check-in. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, coffee, and tea, adds to the charm. Enjoy comfortable rooms, cozy beds, and a clean private bathroom stocked with essentials. The place aligns well with the showcased photos. Good value for money. Each room has its own unique design. Would definitely stay again.

There are no amenities. This is NOT a complaint, just an observation that if you think you need a fridge and a coffee maker this is not the place. So much good food and drink everywhere you go.

The room is simple, but very comfortable is all you're looking for is a bed, as I was. I felt secure and was happy to walk just two blocks to the metro at Pie 9th

I had not spotted at booking time that for the particular I used the bathroom was across the corridor, but it was reserved fro my room usage only and very clean. This is fairly reflected in the room price.
