(1) The freezer needs a cleaning!!! (2) Sharing the kitchen was awkward as we were not sure what equipment we should use. Was everything available or was some of the non food items owned by the other guests. Dinner time was a busy time as meals were being prepared by more than one guest each evening. (3) The television was very limited with no networks for sports (TSN, SPORTS NET) and other Network feeds from Canada (CTV, CBC, CITY, GLOBAL) and the USA (NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, PBS). We also needed a code to Log In for streaming which could not be done by us. We were not able to enjoy our favourite shows and especially the Blue Jays' games and NHL and NBA Playoff games. However, none of these are reasons for us not to return.

Was there a breakfast? We had our own coffee. tea and muffins and did not see any sign of other food besides that of the other residents. We appreciate the way the staff assisted us with the 11 a.m. checkout time on Saturday. It was great to be able to ask other guests to gladly move their vehicles to accommodate those of us who were heading out throughout the day and evening.

Mixed up in the room - got a non private room at the beginning. The host made it up with a nicer room afterwards. Noise - baby crying, other guests, construction work as the area is brand new Non opaque curtains letting light through

- one guy seemed to live there. He was really confortable lying down on the sofa, leaving the dishes in the sink and the plates on the coffee table - noise policy wasn't respected as some people were laughing and talking loudly in the living room until midnight + it's a house so noise cancellation isn't as good as you could expect + downstairs lights come through our door + the house is quite empty so noise is really echoing - one bath towel for 2 persons - 2 parking spots with 2 cars behind not super practical

Sound isolation is low, not enough parking spots as tenants take the whole lane as they afraid to be blocked by the 2nd car.

The location is easy to find. The house is new, pretty and comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. The check-in/check-out process is pretty easy. Recommend this place to stay.

The "Glory" room is gigantic (private bathroom).. it's been almost 5 times i'm renting this room and it is very cozy !! Bed sheets are always clean as well for the bathroom, they have a 65' Smart TV connected to internet so you can enjoy Netflix... Quality VS Price = 10/10 You won't find better

The fact that I had to call repeatedly before being checked in as I do not have the door code on a cold freezing night was quite irritable. The manner the person I was texting responded to me was very disrespectful and I had a bad night.

The staff was very rude and not too helpful while we were trying to check in.We were never provided a pin for door code nor assigned a room.We tried contacting the no on the confirmation email and the person was extremely rude and very disrespectful.

The dirty microwave oven as well as used dishes in the sink, overall maintenance of the kitchen

Overall the place is cool, the only issue had was the maintenance of the facility, for instance I was going to use the microwave, and my God the inside was so dirty that I had to eat my meal cold. Other than that, it was a great experience
