We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSadly no real bar, just a small bar area served by reception. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. All self service, no real hot breakfast options and one of the 3 mornings that I stayed there were only paper plates and cups. Amazingly, no shower gel in the rooms, only a bar of soap. Hoping the hotel will address this when I go back next year. Usually I travel with shower gel but on this occasion I forgot. Small criticism: this is an expensive hotel considering that it is not in central Montreal, and considering that the breakfast is not outstanding.
A beautiful, new property with beautiful reception/breakfast area and stunning rooms. Location helpful for my business needs but this is 30 mins from Montreal centre so won't suit everyone. 10 mins walk from 3 or 4 good restaurants including the excellent Archibald Microbrewery/brasserie. Very friendly, professional staff.
