parking was horrible. they have underground parking but most is reserved so the lot is almost empty but there’s no where to park. everything from the room to the hallway and even the pool are dirty!

The cleanliness of facility. Someone had puked in the entry to pool. No one cleaned it up for well over a hour despite numerous people telling staff. Front desk was completely under staffed. The staff working was friendly but clearly overworked.

The dishwasher had years of food mold built up inside of it to the point it was black. The jacuzzi tub did not work, and neither did the steam function in the tub or shower.

The carpet in the room moved a bit underfoot, there was a crack in the sink basin in room 281, I noticed garbage on the stairwell, between the main floor and basement of the Annex, as well as the parking lot.

Large room, comfortable bed, fireplace, and two comfortable chairs. The kitchenette (fridge and microwave were useful. The view out the window was nice.

A few things happened but were fixed by staff

the rooms worked well as they were side by side. it was a little hike for a family of 5 (2 yr old twins & 6 yr old) but the weather cooperated. The pool was perfect for the small ones and hot tub good for adults. This is our main reason for coming to this resort.

The floors in this hotel are absolutely filthy. I’m the hotel rooms alone, they’re totally fine which is great! In the halls, elevators, pool area though, they need some major improvement.

I like the location of the property, and the pool for the children.

The curtains and blinds were so thin that we barely got any sleep from the street lamps/moonlight. Room was very warm to sleep in.

The property’s parking is quite of a gong show. There’s a mix of private properties, airbnbs, and the resort lodgings in the complex. This made it hard to find parking because it’s all over the place and you’d have to just drive around the parking lot to find the spot allotted for the resort/hotel. The room is a little outdated and needs some upgrades , but overall not a bad stay. it’s clean and comfortable and the kitchen is very handy to have specially if staying for multiple days.

The property has a great pool facility , very enjoyable for children and family. The hot tub is pretty cool that it goes from inside to the outside.

Late check in and early check out. I have stayed here a few times and since I have very young children who go to bed early I usually call to see if the room is ready early so we can settle in. Sometimes I've been able to and sometimes its not ready which is fine. When I called this time the person over the phone just had attitude and wouldn't bother to check. I had the room right next to the pool which was convenient but loud until the pool closes at 10. Wasn't too bad if you bring some white noise.

Great showers and pool! Fire place. The restaurant is convenient and delicious. Pros definitely outweighed the cons

Very difficult to find parking as most of the underground parking was reserved for other hotels and private rentals. Very small spaces so difficult to park anything bigger than a small car. Excited to see a steam shower in room but unfortunately steam option was disconnected.

The noise coming from upstairs, poor bedding for the pull out couch, the garbage cans with lids, the creaky cupboards and the fan that didn't turn off in the bathroom all made the stay less enjoyable. Would have loved it if there was a smart tv.

The location and views were amazing! The outdoor hot tub was fun and kitchen in room was very useful.

The locked door to get into the Annex building half the time did not work so anyone could have just walked in. The bottom of the door is ridiculously bent Cleanliness of the room could have been better, we didn't even get a fresh toilet paper roll. Beds were not that comfy and we had issues cooling the room down so it was way too hot in there.

Kids loved the pool, view was nice.

I would say to improve on cleaning the bathroom. Be more detail on cleaning corners and spots that are hard to miss.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable and the patio door window had a blind, but no blackout curtain so it let in all of the exterior light.

The location in Canmore was good and easy to find. They had an option for king beds which was hard to find elsewhere. The shower head was taller than 6’-2”. we heard the pool is awesome and where all the locals go, we didn’t use it, but that’s what we heard when we were on the chairlift.

if your staying in the Annex specially in the winter going to the pool is not a good idea plus don’t forget to bring your towels cause there is no towel provided in the pool and no place to dress up with your dry clothes. Book directly don’t use BOOKING.COM

Staying in the annex building. No staff, no checking if we needed supplies or clean towels for a three day stay. It is a tired building that wasn’t worth the cost.

It was close to downtown. The pool was good.

Kinda thought in those many nightsmight have took garbadge ..maybe new towels and clean room once anyway. Desk staff very friendly
