Maybe too pricey for the location, you are in the middle of no where and if you dont have a car, ubering would cost more money too

Not a big deal but we have young kids and we couldn't eat anywhere because you had to be 19 or older so we could only eat in the room.

On our first night we woke up to a fire alarm at midnight and all the guest has to go outside. It was a little bit challenging to find the exit going out when we took the stairs. It was not the hotel's fault I guess.

The hotel is new and very clean. Convenient free parking. Friendly staff. If you are going to downtown Toronto, it takes about 20-30 mins depending on traffic.

Not enough signage for the hotel entrance .. very small when you do see it..

Beds were so comfortable .. and nice to see you have protecting mattress covers for bed bugs.. staff very friendly and Valet parking so worth the 20.00.

Signage about the entrance to the Hotel vs Casino is poor. We were taken to the Casino entrance by our Uber from the airport around 1am and were told by the security at the Casino entrance that we would have to have all of our bags inspected by him before we’d be able to go to the hotel via the casino. To avoid that we had to either walk (or get another Uber) around the building in the rain or navigate a fifteen minute walk up and around the building using the escalator, back hallways and another elevator with no signage that helped point the way. Between this and the problems finding our booking through the Booking.com app, it took over an hour to get checked in. Given that we had a quick turnaround with a morning flight, we ended up getting about an hour less sleep than we had hoped for. Beautiful property but poor design for signage and late night reception of guests.

The Concert we were attending for a 2-day show was the buildings very own Theatre, so it made booking a hotel room here so much more worth it! The building itself overall is gorgeous inside and out, and the cleanliness is a 10/10! Everything’s so bright and spacious, not to mention very luxurious and stylish. You’re definitely get what you pay for with this stay. You also have easy access to almost any necessity within the building along with underground parking and access to the main level Casino if you’re feeling lucky or want a bite to eat at the food court! Other shopping amenities are also all within a 5-7 minute drive so it’s a really great location.

We stayed for a week, the room is large enough that we could have used a small table and chairs in the room. A microwave could’ve been useful. I could have used a few organizing bins for my bathroom toiletry. I was shown a suite during my visit with all the bells & whistles. I would recommend a suite if you plan on staying more than a couple of days. 💕

We had breakfast served and delivered to our room on a trolly pull out table. It was fast and served hot. When we finish, we pressed a button and put it outside our door and was picked up really well organized.
